「Very close to subway station and Shinsaibashi shopping centre. Convenient location! Good quality of amenities and nice staff. The lounge service is very good as well. The only thing to complain is that the water drained very slow in the sink and bathtub.」

「Best location」

「This guesthouse was very spacious and clean. It was great that it was walking distance to the shopping area. What I didn’t like was that I didn’t know that it was. Contactless check in, but I figured out quickly how to get the door key for the guesthouse,」

「Convenient and good service.」

「Overall hotel service was great as it was clean and rooms were spacious. It would have been better if they could check us in correctly for bookings of 3 families, staff was not very polite upon finding their own mistakes.」

「We stayed for six nights. Front desk staff are very helpful. Since the mattress and pillow were too soft for my mom who has back pain, they quickly arranged firmer ones for us. And extremely good location and convenient to go everywhere despite the heavy rain during our stay. Surely will stay again if visiting Osaka next time!」

「Super convenient location. Love the rooftop spa.」

「The room is spacious and clean. Staff are nice and friendly. The hotel location is about 10 mins walk from metro station and Shinsaibashi which is convenient. The only concern would be the safety around Amemura at night, but during my stay it did not appear to cause any problems. Overall, this hotel is a great deal for a solo trip.」
