This hotel was brilliant. We had a lovely family room which looked out to the mountain. Everything was clean and well designed. Staff were super helpful and friendly. Location handy for travel by rail, bus and hiking. Would love to return here one day.

Funcionários atenciosos e simpáticos, inclusive precisei de ajuda para uma questão envolvendo um app de transporte e fui prontamente atendida. Quarto bom, limpo. Banheiro idem. Elevador. A localização pede um pouco de caminhada, pois fica atrás da estação de trem, então tem que dar a volta, mas nada que atrapalhe a experiencia. Possível dali vários bate-volta, como Garmish, belíssima cidade e Zugspitzie, o pico mais alto da Alemanha. Mas a cereja do bolo é a área da recepção, que não fica no térreo, mas dá acesso a uma vista incrível em uma área de convivência deliciosa. E ainda fazem uma pizza deliciosa. Vale a pena.

The man working at the desk put in the wrong email address for me. He didn't look at what I'd written down, but just assumed it was my whole last name. I don't know what was sent to the wrong address, but once he put the right one in I received an invoice that had my full name, my partner's full name, my home address, phone number and the last four digits of my credit card. This seems like a serious privacy/security breach. I'll have to constantly monitor my accounts to make sure there isn't an issue. The room itself is fine, but very small. The hotel seems to be new or newly renovated, so everything is clean. I thought they cleaned every other day but they do it every third day. I had to request clean towels and toilet paper, it felt more like staying a youth hostel than a hotel. Except it's very expensive. The terrace of the hotel has an amazing view of the mountains. This was definitely the highlight of staying at the hotel. The location is okay, it's about a ten minute walk to town because you have to go around the train tracks. It's convenient for using the free train/bus shuttles and for walking to the spirit gorge and the cable car. The breakfast is okay, cold cuts, cheese, cereal, boiled eggs, bread and yogourt. The coffee makes it worthwhile since they have the machine to make different types of coffee.

The property was very modern and clean but basic in a nice way . The staff were friendly and the location was excellent. Really nice reasonable priced cafe below and excellent supermarket under the hotel , which again was reasonably priced Mittenwald is a very beautiful place .

Das Hotel ist recht neu und modern. Allerdings alles nur auf den Zweck ausgerichtet: schlafen und nicht ohne etwas im Magen wieder abreisen. Sprich - spartanische Zimmereinrichtung - ähnlich einer Jugendherberge, Frühstücksraum ist eher eine Kantine (hoher Geräuschpegel, Ambiente, Interieur). Das Frühstück selbst war eher minimalistisch was die Auswahl angeht. Toll war der geräumige Fahrradraum.

-Room was very clean -I REALLY APPRECIATED a FULL SHOWER DOOR. Europe for some reason in my experience usually has half a shower door and water gets everywhere. Good job B&B!! **DOWNFALL- WIFI RIDICULOUS. ALL WEEKEND! That was very bothersome. I called the Tech line that dealt with wifi issues. They just took my info and said they’d pass it on. I notified the front desk by calling them. They explained they knew of the situation… and that I could come down to the lobby to read a book from their collection. Ummm…. Yeah. Then The TV in my room had limited channels… most in German (Granted I know I was in Germany) I couldn’t even change the subtitles to English. Would have been nice to connect my smart phone to the TV using MY OWN CELL PHONE DATA since their WiFi was substandard. Parking was a small issue but workable. I don’t know… the WIFI/TV was important to me after coming back from a day out in the snow.
