“The property was secluded and made it nice to spend time with family. There is only one shower in the house so showers took time for 6 people. The other bathroom had only a tub. The kids really enjoyed the stay.”

“We selected False River and this property as a meeting location for family to spend the holidays together. The main floor was perfect for visiting, playing games, and celebrating. We used the outdoor fire pit for two days straight. The bedrooms were spacious and the dock area was amazing. What a great spot!”

“We celebrated our daughters 25th birthday at Twin Cypress on False River. Emmett was a great host and readily available when needed. Beautiful house, great location, great views and great eats nearby. We ended our trip with a boat ride on the lake, loved by all. We will book again for sure. Thanks again Emmett.”

“We had a great stay at Bikini bottom on false river. The property was as described in the listing, Claire was on the ball with communication via text. Check in/out was a breeze. What a great view of the lake from the awesome deck/dock. Just an excellent stay which was out of the way of the chaos of LSU campus. Very peaceful. We hope to stay here again the next time we visit our Tiger!”

“The house is very clean and redone on the inside and looks nice. Furniture is comfortable and clean. Outside the house and porch and dock and furniture are unusable. Its disgusting and dirty and covered in bird poop... a lot of poop. The driveway is a nightmare and something that definitely should be mentioned. Large trucks will have a nearly impossible time getting in and out of the home. Overall though we got what we paid for. Its a double wide trailer that has been remodled nicely on the……
