The house was perfect for us. Beautiful property, lots of room for everyone. Well stocked kitchen. Close to downtown restaurants. Perfect location for a home base to see all the national parks.
The property was clean, with a good location (even within easy walking distance to restaurants. The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We would be happy to staunched again.
We LOVED our stay here! We’ve been coming to Moab for many years but this trip by far has been one of the best. Great location with great amenities! Loved the pool right out back. Plenty of parking for those who are hauling trailers with all the toys to ride off road vehicles. Will definitely be booking a future stay here.
Everything about this place was amazing. So clean, spacious, organized, and all the extras too. The management company was super with communication and when we asked for another fan, it was delivered pronto! The pool and hot tub are right out the dining room door and it's away from town a short distance, for some quiet and fresh air, but still close enough to be an easy and quick drive in. I recommend it 1000%!!
This was a wonderful property for all ages to gather. We met with other family members to celebrate Thanksgiving. There were two small children in our group, and the unit had a high chair, pack n play, toys, even dinner ware for children. Great location to explore the surrounding area. We would definitely rent again!
Spent 3 nights here, what a fantastic place. From making the reservation, communications from the property manager before, during and after arrival to departing…what a pleasure. Superb location to town and Arches Park. 5 stars on all levels! We would return here on another trip to Moab. Thanks for your hospitality!

Best rental we've had!
We've stayed in a lot of rentals for vacations and this one was our favorite. We have 3 teenage boys and the room set up was great! The extras in the kitchen were perfect! Just enough to be super helpful and not so much that it seemed gross. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in Moab.
We had a fantastic stay at Entrada at Moab 429!!!
The house is new, the location is quiet (just far enough from the main boulevard but not too much to walk to stores and restaurants), and it was spotless!!
We appreciated the large garage to store and work on our 9 bikes, the big sofa for all to talk and chill, the outdoor area to get sun and be by the pool, the spacious rooms and hallway, and having 3 showers!!
Being 9 persons, we never had the feeling to be cramped. The owners were extremely responsive to our inquiries.
One more thing which we found practical was to have all basic products furnished such as salt, pepper, oil, wrapping and foil paper, paper towel, washing machine soap, etc.
I definitely recommend the place!!
One small caveat: we found 2 microprocessors making the sound of a cricket hidden in the house (one in the kitchen and the other underneath a bed). We fortunately found them within 24 hours. Probably some comical old guests. Something for the owners/housekeeping team to watch in the future!
Amazing townhouse clean comfortable beds and every appliance and utensil you need. The location is great also, easy to get to Arches, restaurants and grocery store.

Amazing place worth every dollar! Whole family loved it!!!!
The properly was as listed, clean and comfortable for the whole family. The most impressive feature was the constant communication and checking in on us from our host.
This house was perfect for our stay in Moab. It was easy to get from the house to town and areas to hike. The house was clean and had a great selection of utensils in the kitchen.
I would recommend this house if you are staying in Moab.
Absolutely beautiful and well-stocked home perfect for our group of 8 (and could have held several more people comfortably). The bedrooms and bathrooms were large and comfortable, and the common areas were perfect to share a meal, play cards, and spend quality time together. We loved being right at the pool. The location of the home was perfect - easy access to the shops on Main Street and just minutes from the entrance to Arches. We appreciated having the bikes to get into town too. Scott was extremely responsive and helpful. Highly highly recommend this rental! Can’t wait to come back.

Perfect family get away!
This property was perfect for our family. We had 4 families with 5 littles. Each family had their own bedroom. We could fit everyone great.There are 3 bathrooms and that worked well for our big group. Its also right by the pool. We didn't use the pool because it hadn't opened for the season but the hot tub was open and we all soaked in that and it was so fun! The condo is equipped with everything you could ever think you might need, very clean. They even had 6 bikes and 2 scooters that you can use. We took them out for a spin. So fun! This is the perfect family get away and I would love to go there again.
This is a great rental. It was well stocked, clean and in great condition. The layout is great. We were a family of 4 so everyone got their own room and bathrooms had dual vanities. There is another bathroom with shower downstairs that we did not use. This could comfortably accommodate 3 couples; 4 if wouldn't mind using the bunk bed room. The kitchen was well stocked. We only cooked one evening but kitchen had everything we needed including common spices and some olive oil. Condo had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, hand soap, dish soap and Keurig coffee pods. Condo is close to main part of town so we could have easily walked but Moab wasn't busy during our visit so we were able to easily find parking and drove most places. Cruiser bikes looked to be in good condition but we did not use them. The pool is closed for the winter but the hot tub worked and was well maintained. Garage at the condo was tall enough to accommodate our SUV with topper box and garage opener is included.
Property management was by "Empty Spaces Vacation Rental Management." They were very professional and communication was excellent. That part of the experience exceeded a typical "host" for a VRBO. I wish they managed more properties in other locations (they manage some in Crested Butte, Havasu and Grand Mesa).
I would absolutely stay at this condo again.
