The property was great for our family. The living room was cozy and the bedrooms were great. Lots of space! We had an issue with the stove and Tom was very responsive and had someone come out to look at it that day. Overall a great place for our trip!

Great Moab Stay

We ad the pleasure of staying in this property for a short weekend mountain bike trip to Moab. We loved the location. It was quiet and peaceful. The garage is a nice bonus for storing the bikes. It has bike racks, a workbench and a work stand for cleaning and servicing the bikes. Having a washer and dryer was also nice,although there was no laundry detergent or dryer sheets.

Property was very clean; clean towels and sheets were available. Kitchen had all the necessities for cooking. Primary bed was extremely squeaky. Unfortunately hot tub was not open. Power went out for hours, recommend owners have flashlights available.

Great place to call home for a Moab vacation

Spacious, well-appointed property with everything you need for a comfortable stay. We used the gas fireplace on chilly evenings and mornings. The kids enjoyed late afternoons in the hot tub and pool regardless of the temperature. Beds are very comfortable and there were plenty of extra pillows and blankets - even enough to build a fort in the master bedroom closets.

Lovely condo near Arches

We booked a last minute weekend here for 2 families with young kids, and it was perfect. The condo was comfortable, layout was perfect for two families, and the patio/pool were great amenities. It took 30min to get to Arches, so not much farther than the main Moab stretch. We'd definitely stay here again!
