The place was fair at the very best. The couch, love seat and coffee table were all broken. There were broken beer bottle that had been full of cigarette buts broken all over right outside of the porch window. We found at least a dozen cockroaches in our condo. The carpets were not very clean. We had to fight the door lock every single time we used it. The key pad for entry only worked about half of the time and when it did work the door handle itself was wore out and only turned one way. Getting in was a chore. I’ve stayed at other condos on this property a few time. I would not rent this particular one ever again
