Questionable Housekeeping
It was a very comfortable stay. However, that actual housekeeping was very questionable. I thought about calling Vacasa when we were there but we were just too busy. The hot tub cover had several large tears, like an animal had torn into it. There was signage saying to leave shoes outside yet there was all kinds of pebbles that had been tracked in before we arrived. This made me question if the floors had been cleaned. The beds were all very comfortable. But the sheets were wonky. Neither bunk bed had a top sheet. And some pillows were missing pillowcases. We found pillow cases and only one top sheet in the closet. We put those on. One bunk bed only had a quilt. The master king bed had a top sheet that was a Queen size. It was turned sideways so to stretch to both sides. Unfortunately you had to sleep way down in the bed to get the sheet to reach up to your shoulders. All of the wash cloths were very worn and very stained. Felt like I was bathing with an old cleaning cloth. The bath towels were also stained but they were much softer. The master shower floor was covered in red/pink mildew and white soap scum. The glass shower wall/door had not been cleaned at all. It was covered in water stains. The master toilet seat had urine stains. Again, this was a nice new comfortable place to stay. The housekeeping was just very questionable.

The condo was perfect for 2 adults with 2 kids and not too far away from Moab town. The kitchen needs to stock up with a few more serving plates and bowls.

There were 2 different address provided for the house, which complicated the "finding it" process. The place was not cleaned well. The grill did not work. No hot tub despite the photos. And, most importantly, this property is about 20 feet from highway 191. When semi's rolled by, they shook the windows and the house. I've never slept this close to traffic.

Gorgeous views in Moab.
The space was absolutely stunning beside sandstone cliffs. Very clean and accommodating. My one and only concern is the traffic noise beside the highway. Thankfully the bed and bedroom was comfortable enough to cancel out the noise.

Nice place but too close to the highway.
The house was pretty nice. It is right next to the highway so you can hear the road traffic constantly. The address given does not come up on Google maps in the right location and since you don't receive directions till the day you check in we didn't realize it is adjacent to the highway. The place is clean but needs more dishes and towels. The kitchen knifes are very dull and one of the kitchen chairs was broke. The TV speakers were way underpowered with the traffic noise and was hard to hear. For the price paid, I would hope these things get fixed.

Clean, modern, spacious and came with a garage , washer & dryer. Perfect for extended stay or break on a road trip . Good internet . Check in was very easy . New linens. Very functional.

New house, well thought out, great design. Bed was very comfortable, though sheets were a bit scratchy. Beautiful views, over the wall, which was tall enough to hide the cars, but you could still see the billboards and trucks going by close enough to see the driver's faces. Everything was clean, but we did have to wash some of the pans before we used them because they were sticky on the bottom. I am guessing the last guests put them away like that because the cleaners did a great job with everything else. The traffic does slow down a lot at night so with the AC on, after a long day of driving, we slept well.
