Great place to start our Canyonlands exploring

The property provided a great place for family members who were coming from different locations to all meet up, get organized before heading out the next day for a long back-packing trip. The property was a bit smaller than they pictures made it look, and the carpets are stained and in need of a deep clean or replacement. But otherwise the property was fine and worked well for our purpose.

Great Place in a Great Location

This is a great place in a great location. It was only 5 minutes outside of downtown in a newer neighborhood that was quiet. Our place had a shared wall, but we never heard our neighbors.

Great stay at this Moab condo

We had a great stay with our 2 boys and 76yo grandparent. Beds were super comfortable and the condo had everything we needed. Having a garage to store our mtn bikes and gear is a huge plus. Beautiful hike out the back door with sweeping views of Moab. Away from the noise of downtown but close enough to everything. Would recommend to any active family.

Nice property great view very quiet. Beautiful home. The only detail I didn't like was that when it came to bed time and I moved the covers there were strands of hair in the bed sheets within the sheets.

Front screen door panel missing, carpets were dirty, some kind of awful sanitizing odor throughout the place, had to open windows but screens on back sliding doors were broken. Disappointing.

Mooie , nette en ruime woning met veel voorzieningen. Ook heerlijke bedden. Enige verbeterpunt zou zijn wat meer serviesgoed, er waren weinig borden, glazen , schaaltjes etc. Verder was alles perfect!

Great condo. No silverware.! I read in the review that there wasn’t enough silverware for 5 people but I didn’t expect one fork. Too bad because it is s lovely condo.

Great space and clean

The only reason I gave overall 4 stars was because it says sleeps six but it was very limited on dishes, towels and supplies for six people. Nice place , quiet and easy to relax after long day of beautiful hiking.

No Heat

Everything could have been perfect, except the gas valve to the furnace in the unit was not allowing the unit to warm up past 66 degrees. We finally got space heaters after informing agency each day that the thermostat wouldn't continue to heat. One time we were even blamed for not pushing the buttons correctly on the thermostat. That was unacceptable. -Chad

Hi. We enjoyed our stay. Condo was clean and comfortable. Fixing A few issues would make it better. Trim above the microwave falls off if bumped. Pepper was empty. Sliding door latch was difficult and dishwasher install Makes turning dishwasher on challenging. Lights also flicker in kitchen. And the hose nozzle is broken.

Great Place With Great View

This property was just what we needed. There was plenty of space so we weren't stepping all over each other. We also enjoyed sitting on the patio to take in the amazing view! The only thing needed at this property is better lighting, especially in the bedrooms.

Don't stay here

We lost power the 2nd day of our 5 day vacation. Property management avoided our calls, claimed they had an electrician coming (but couldn't tell us when) and overall didn't care. They never got our power turned back on - VRBO also did not help, and would not get involved. Don't stay here. They will not take care of you if there is an issue.
