“This was our first time to Moab and absolutely fell in love with the area and Kokopelli West. It was perfect for my husband and me. The tiny home community is super charming, clean, and felt very safe and secure. The bed was so comfortable! We got the best sleep there! I also appreciated that the towels and linens were cotton and not microfiber. We will definitely stay at Kokopelli West for all our future trips. ”

“We booked this property last minute after hiking all day and were so pleased with everything! The lease office was closed, but Mark in the sales office took amazing care of us! He gave us a welcome beverage and helped orient us to the property and even gave us a personal contact number incase we had an issue. Views were absolutely stunning and the property was pristine. The hot tub was the perfect ending to the day and the stars felt reachable! We will definitely stay here again!! ”

“The unit was great and exactly what we needed. A couple of suggestions: more than one pot holder would be useful. The window sills where the latches are to open the windows were very dusty. One of the blind pulls in the bedroom was hard to reach when the blinds were closed for a short person like me and could benefit from and extension. We loved having a laundry in the unit. “Overall a great stay for a group of 8 male friends, 5 nights. There was a lot of room and amenities like the pool, firepit and hot tub. The place was clean and comfortable.
