"Room is spotless and staff are helpfull and friendly. Breakfast food are so good as well"

"Room was big, clean, nice amenities. It seemed as if the hotel was running on central air bc the air conditioner wasn’t getting cooler so we did have to open the window but housekeeping was great. There was also some miscommunication with the concierge about same-day luggage forwarding (it ended up being the next day even tho it was only going to Tokyo). The guy came off patronizing and condescending when answering questions but at the end of the day the last people we interacted with before checking out left our stay on a high note. Would definitely book again. "

"This time the restroom was quite pleasant..no urine smell. Though under the bed storage space does need to be vacuum..quite dusty.. but all in all pleasant "

"Clean room, amenities, breakfast and service. Washroom a bit too small and tub is difficult to get in. There was some communication issues, staffs did not understand what we asked for, hope to communicate better. There is an excellent lunch place close by that open 10:30-2 pm daily."
