Family fun

The hotel was very nice and the workers was helpful given their circumstances the elevator was out of order so it was extra work for them BUT they did their best to commend us and we appreciate that all and all Yes I recommend this hotel and I will definitely stay there again also the indoor pool is a big bonus for me and my family

Room not ready yet n checkins time of 3pm.

The room was clean and comfortable. When arriving at the hotel the run wasn’t ready for 3o’clock for some reason. I had to wait. It was extremely warn in the lobby and hall.

The suite was spacious and clean upon checkin. The checkin and checkout experience was great. The only complaints I have are that there was just one small garbage can in the whole suite. It was in the bathroom. We didn’t have one in the kitchen, which seemed strange. Additionally, the first coffee mug I pulled out of the cabinet to use was filthy. It had brown debris on the inside and looked as if it had not been washed. There was also a spoon that looked dirty that I took from the drawer to use.

We stayed here as a stopping point in the middle of a long road-trip back home. The woman at the front desk was very kind, check in was simple. She mentioned the elevator wasn’t working but hey, we can deal. Once we get to the room we were so excited to take a hot shower. After camping in the Texas heat for an entire weekend and driving 9 hours, we couldn’t wait to wash off. We noticed the hot water wasn’t working so we go down to the front desk. The original desk host was on her way out, and the next one informed us it was out for the whole building. I really wish I would’ve been told about this at check in as it was obviously hidden from me to keep my reservation and payment. It was 11:30 at night and we just accepted cold showers as we were too tired to try to fight for a refund and then search for a new place to stay. The next morning the batteries in the door went out and we ended up locked out for about 20 minutes before we were able to get in. I get that maintenance things happen. I work in a similar industry and I’m completely understanding of things breaking and not being able to get an immediate fix. My problem is that this was not disclosed up front so I could make alternate plans and was checked in while they knew there was a problem. This is extremely shady and unprofessional.

Guess I should've read the reviews but the pool was still down which was a big reason I booked there since it was inside so my son could swim even if the weather wasn't great. Elevator still was messed up. Had to let hot water run for 10 mins to get hot water. On Expedia it said a smoking room that it wasn't and the people in the room above us sound like their kids was having a wrestling match till 11:00 at night. Staff didn't bring us towels till 6:00 pm our second day because their washer and dryer was down
