“Stayed for one night and wish we would’ve stayed longer. Everything was clean and tidy. Staff members were friendly and talkative. The history of the whole building was very unique and cute. We didn’t get to eat at the restaurant but everything smelled delicious. Would highly recommend staying here we will definitely be back!”

“Pool was cold. Hot tube not working. Fire pit not working. Bathroom fan not sufficient. When you took a shower it made noise the entire time . Wallpaper stapled to walls. No beer at the bar. Hotel store was basically empty. Internet not working. We actually stayed here for the amenities and none of them work. This is our second stay here in two month period for volleyball and nothing was repaired from the first time we were there. I did complain to the staff about the pool and the hot tub……

“The room was spacious with upgraded wood floors, recliner , Mini fridge . Breakfast was great! Hot breakfast was included with continental breakfast. Staff was professional and welcoming. ”

“Great! Close location to sight and sound. Indoor pool was a huge plus in April. Kids loved the room and the breakfast in the morning 7-10am. The pool was warm also but they def need more chairs and loungers. The fitness center seemed like it would do the trick in a pinch. I didn’t see anyone use it but the equipment is well maintained. ”

“The staff were informative & friendly, the room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The parking was right in front of your room, which made it very easy to unload and load your bags. No complaints at all for the stay. Only the breakfast part was the not too impressive-you either get $8 pp credit or select from a limited simple choices. The portions were very small. My daughter chose 2eggs w/ the hash brown which was very, very salty so couldn’t even finish half. I had the croissant……

“We had a wonderful stay at Surestay Studio by Best Western. The room was incredibly clean and very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming throughout our visit, and the breakfast was a fantastic bonus! Highly recommend.”

“The room was what was to be expected and for the price it was nice. I have stayed in more expensive places that were less impressive. I will say that I paid in advance and was nice made aware of a policy that includes charging my card BEFORE I stay in the room and as if they are assuming I’m going to break all the motel rules. The women wasn’t the most polite and told me she’d be charging my card again (even though I already paid) and that I would be refunded at their discretion. Onenote she……
