Room and everywhere was always very clean. But the staff lead by Monica is easily the reason to stay here. Always attentive, helpful and cheerful. “A wonderful option a little away from the main area of Condesa but easily walkable. Comfortable room, great, helpful staff. Coming back after a day out felt like coming home. It was nice to talk to other guests at the breakfast each morning. ”

“Easy check in with codes. Good location. Good communication. I needed a few extra minutes for check out and they gave it. Arturo is friendly. Travelers should be aware that when paying the hotel directly there is an 11 percent, or $10 in my case, credit card processing charge or perhaps it is a currency conversion fee, I’m not sure. I was not aware of this in advance. The proprietor said I am the only person to have reported this situation to him.”

While I do agree the water pressure wasn’t great and that it wasn’t as close to amenities as other hotels, but the two separate sitting areas, dinning room, washer/dryer, and kitchen set up, plus private outdoor space made this space worth it. ”

“This is an amazing place to stay. Excellent location, the breakfast is wonderful, and the staff are extremely friendly. They took time to help us with our Spanish and made us feel at home. The location is as good as it gets in a green leafy area full of restaurants. We would go back. ”

“Just got back tonight after 6 nights at Casa Mali. First time in Mexico City and this was a winner. Great location at the south end of a beautiful park, very safe area with lots of cafes and restaurants around. Secure entry with 24 h guard who lets you in. Boutiques for shopping in all directions. We got a master suite with separate bedroom and it was quite spacious and since the bedroom was on the interior, also quiet. Laundry in the room a real bonus. I would not hesitate to stay here again.”

“Very nice apartments in a secure building. The staff was friendly and helpful. The neighborhood feels safe and has great options for dining and coffee. Maestro Taquero, Cantina La Llorona, and Cielito were some of the places we enjoyed. The front desk is staffed 24 hours/day. They do not have cash, so they are not able to change larger bills for smaller ones; most establishments in the area accept card, but I like having cash for tipping. And they only provide clean towels every 3 days, so plan……
