A Quiet retreat

A nice secluded place. Easy walk to the beach. Easy drive to several attractions.

Great location

Moclips is quieter than Seabrook. We basically had the entire beach to ourselves. It was wonderful. And when we needed something Seabrook was a short drive away. We will definitely stay again.

Great Off-season Get away

A great visit to Moclips. Communication/checkin was easy and seamless. Was met by Jerry and saw him throughout the visit. Condo was clean and comfortable. Recently updated. Fully supplied kitchen. Very comfortable bed. Great water pressure. 100 yard walk to wide open and empty beach. Dogs had a wonderful time. Will always be a great option for an off-season visit.

Oceanside stay

Loved walking on the beach in the evening. It was super nice and clean. Only negative was we had troubles reaching management because we were usually on road before 10 until after 5.

Great on the ocean stay

The ground floor unit made it easy to walk the dog and take walks to the beach. Everything was clean and neat. Bed was comfortable as were the furnishings. Unit could have had more storage for kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. We had a very relaxing stay.

This condo was just fine. Check-in was not difficult, but an early check-in was not possible upon arrival. There is not much to do in the area, so I suggest arriving as close to check-in time. The kitchen was great for my husband and I. It had everything we needed. I do suggest also offering a Kuerig or Nespresso for coffee as well. Overall, the condo was perfect for my husband and I to get away for a couple days. I looked for a guest book but didn't find one. We did see sand dollars that were painted and colored. We added ours too. And I actually got my husband to do a craft with me. Thank you for a nice, peaceful, and restful stay.

Best place on the coast for ease to the beach and privacy.

We will go back with our family in the future. The weather was fabulous. Access to river walks and rock painting kits for all guests. A wonderful place for adults and kids❤️

Stayed here for years. I love it. First time I ever went through a booking site, do not recommend that since I thought my condo was a different one. I will go directly through the facility next time. But, other than that, it was fabulous!
