“I stayed for five nights in May 2024. My room was large and clean and had all the amenities I needed. The location is wonderful - just a 5 minute walk to the center. I didn’t see the staff very often because it was mostly unstaffed, but when I did they were friendly and helpful. A few opportunities for improvements: My room was very humid. Being on the first floor, I didn’t want the windows open all the time so people could see in. I did a load of washing my first day there and after three days……

“共住3晚，第一個晚上跳電，但櫃臺工作人員只有在上午7點到晚上11點有人 再來都沒人。最後在門口的緊急對講聯絡上客服人員，才緊急找工作人員來處理。 另外洗澡水溫溫度不穩定有點忽冷忽熱，在浴室的heater 也故障。”

“浴室比較小, 只有花灑沒有蓮蓬頭讓人困擾 桌子也非常壅擠, 房間沒有多於的空間, 如果有大行李的人不是很方便”

“住所たどり着いたがホテルの看板がないため、近所に聞きしばらく待って管理人が出てきた。エレベータがなく３階だったので重いスーツケースを持っての上がり降りはきつかった。部屋の鍵の使い方が特殊で十分な説明がなかったため最初は苦労した。管理者のホスピタリティを求めたい。部屋自体はまずまず清潔で大きな問題はなし。市内へのアクセスも良好。”

“grest location and nice, helpful staff services. Location closed to rail station only 10 mins walk. Great chinese food near hotel. Very helpful and nice staff to help us more more. A local tour is very nice & let us to visit Parmcheeze factory ....... Good place & stay.”
