We booked last minute & needed a mobility room because my husband was in a wheelchair We were so worried none weren't available but The manager Jonnie made it happen & our 2 nite stay was great Jonnie & her staff are wonderful

Nice location, i was looking for something near to hospital area. Breakfast is ok not much options, clean room and appreciate front desk for free upgrade.

Walked into the room and there was a strong smell of pee. It was 12:30am so we where exhausted and didnt have time or energy to complain. Then i wanted a shower in the morning but the shower was disgusting so i didn't even shower in the morning. There was rips in the curtains. But we slepts with the back door open all night because of the smell of pee in the room.the bed was comfortable. And looked clean. The staff was nice enough. But i definitely wont stay again.

Pleasant and relaxing

It was very relaxing, the only setback was the heater only max at warm and it was a little chill to me I preferred hot. Overall it was a good stay and, a good location close to places to eat

The property location is good. Walking distance from amenities, Sprouts/Safeway, food etc. Staff are friendly and cleaning staff keep things in order. However, the property is showing of age, the mattresses are beat up even the coffee machine in the room is grimy and old

Nice place, poor tenants

The front desk clerk was very nice and the room was clean and nice. The problem was that at night, there was a lot of police sirens and when the pool closed, someone mistook our sliding door for their room and tried to open the door, but I immediately relocked and replaced the security stick when I came inside with my children, so they were not able to enter and left after two yanks. The floor is kind of thin, the people upstairs sounded like they were stomping whenever they walked across the floor.

Good price better room

Clean well maintained fresh smelling bedroom and bath. Rooms are nicely arranged around a private decent sized pool. Free breakfast. $118 for a single was well worth the price. $200 cash deposit was a bit of an inconvenience

Not good

Left a day early because the condition of room was very poor. Killed 12 flies I think were coming through the glass slider that didnt close tightly, killed 1 cockroache, the curtains were filthy, the screen door on the slider was bent so wasnt usable. Carpet was a dark color so dirty?? but has dried food stuck to it. General condition of room was very worn out. Bed was ok. The staff was great though.

Pay for the better room

This is an older hotel that has remodeled the rooms but not the plumbing fixtures. It is a very big complex and it seems that some of the rooms are for permanent residents. The staff is very friendly. The room that we got had a small refrigerator filled with food! We called the office and they moved us to a better location. Pay for the upgraded room as you have to have a key to get in the building. The beds were very comfortable.

Check in smooth and room decor ok but both rooms we had had a vibrating noise in the wall: quiet in room 224, and loud in room 216. Mentioned it to receptionist, she told me no other rooms available, she can't check on it herself because of company policy and her disability, no other staff on site and maintenance guy she called said it's a known problem but I should just deal with it. If you can sleep through noise by all means stay here, otherwise, stay away!!!

I do not like to give negative reviews, but I feel I must in this instance. My experience: 1) I arrived late. The hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood, and the property was poorly lit (I initially thought it was closed). Definitely felt ill at ease. 2) The check in clerk was pleasant and efficient (the one bright spot of my experience). The room was at ground level and exposed to the parking lot, adding to my security concerns. 3) The room heater was loud, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep. 4) The floor was sticky! 5) The room was generally grimy. There had not been a deep clean for a long time. 6) The bed was lumpy. 7) Thin blankets, which was a problem because I needed to turn off the heater (see 3 above) 8) The shower was less nearly cold. Very unpleasant. I may be able to accept all of this if the room was priced accordingly, but it cost me about $130.
