"Bathroom wasn’t the best"

"Asked for a 2nd floor room as I was staying there for the US Open Qualifier and didn’t want anyone above me to disturb my sleep. They put me right along the train tracks. Didn’t realize it until it woke me up at 12:30 and again at 3am. Neighbors speaking full volume all night until I asked staff to please ask them to quiet down. They told me in the morning that it was first floor, and down the hall. I could hear every word. If they were that far away, walls are made of paper. I’d never stay there again."

"Room and property were good but there was no wifi in our room. Spoke with front desk but there was nothing they could do without packing up and moving to another room. There were numerous other guests experiencing the same issues. "

"Nail sticking out of metal piece on the floor by the jacuzzi. Hurt myself pretty bad. "

"I stayed there 10 days. The room was cleaned ONCE. The bathroom was never cleaned, they only left towels on the sink. I will never stay there again."

"It’s always been a great stay there. I enjoyed it very much. The breakfast was a change but we enjoyed it as well. The Apple juice was not very sweet and the orange juice was too sweet, not sure why. But everything else was wonderful"
