The house was beautiful, the neighborhood was quiet, and parking for 3 in the driveway and two cars in the garage. Plenty of room for everyone (12 of us). There were video games, giant size connect 4, corn hole, a putting green, and a pool. If you are needing a place to stay with plenty of room (5 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, this is the place for you. It’s also walking distance to C-A-L state Stanislaus.

Family Celebrations

The home is fantastic! A lot of room and beds for everyone. One guest stated the room they slept in, the HVAC was outside their bedroom and was a bit loud. The kitchen was very spacious for a lot of cooks preparing food. We did purchase skillets, casserole, cake pans and storage containers to use during our stay. Luckily CA family took them to use in their homes. Would recommend this property.

The property was perfect and the pool was awesome. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I'd suggest bringing your own pots and pans if you're planning to have more than 4 people. There wasn't a whole lot of cookware which was unfortunate because we stayed there for a whole week where we planned to make large meals for 10 of us and we had to go buy our own cookware. The property was mostly clean, but there were a few items left from what I'm assuming were previous stays. Additionally, we ran out of toilet paper, paper towels, dish detergent, etc. but the host was quick to send over some to cover what we needed. All in all, a good place to stay to house multiple people, just maybe some transparency on what would be provided would be helpful.

Spacious Landing Spot in Turlock

The property was nice and spacious and accommodated our group of 10 well. The place could have been cleaner. The 2nd bathroom tub/shower was dirty and dingy. Dead bug in one of the beds, cobwebs and a high spider in the bathroom, cockroach by the back door, and super dirty windowsills and windows. It wasn't terrible, but it just looked like it hadn't been occupied in a really long time and it wasn't cleaned in preparation for our stay. Beyond that, it was a nice location that was conveniently located in what seemed like a nice neighborhood.We enjoyed being able to congregate in the kitchen/living room areas as they were big enough for all of us to gather. Rooms are good sized. Ceiling fans added comfort. Overall, it served it's purpose, but wish the property would have been inspected and the cleaning updated before we arrived.

My daughters wedding

Throughly enjoyed our stay, although we weren’t there except to sleep. Busy at the venue setting up the wedding. The large master bathroom was perfect for doing the bride & bridesmaids hair and makeup. I would definitely recommend this Vrbo to friends.

Great stay

Great house with plenty of room for our group of 8. Would stay again if in Turlock! Close to the University and downtown. One thing I would say is we could not add any apps on the TVs that were not on there because they were password protected to get apps like YouTube TV.
