Although the listing indicated the availability of pool and spa, not only were they unavailable for use but were a health hazard as they were filthy, green & slimy which is the perfect breeding ground for mosquitos. I was not notified that the pool was not available until my check-in instructions were provided two day before check-in which was then too late to find another property. The condition of the pool was not listed and only discovered upon moving in. There were multiple other issues with the home. Although I was offered a small compensation, this in no way made up for this breach of contract. After notifying the local authorities about the pool (mosquitos can carry West Nile Virus which can cause serious brain infection and possible death) I was informed that they are well aware of the situation at this property and that it is an on-going health hazard. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY.
