“No communal area Only place to put luggage is thin gym lockers that my suitcase didn’t fit in and weren’t assigned to anyone but they had names of I’m guessing staff written on them. The pod itself was manageable expect my tv and my reading light and the central panel didn’t work. Also no staff anywhere or available the entire person next to me got locked out their room and we tried to call and message staff and there was no reply we had to physically pick the lock!! Wouldn’t not recommend!!”

“At some point the residence is nice, with comfy bed and well-equipped kitchen, I would say this part is above average. In the pricey Vienna, they provide an affordable price with the convenient location. However, the service is far below standard. The host has never replied any single message (until now). When we arrive earlier than check-in time, they didn't reply whether we can store the luggage or not. After we check-in, they didn't provide any information of the wifi, the same issue happens……

“Room was nice, friendly staff in a good location. My only issues was mainly the shower it kept changing temperature on its own to the point it would go from lukewarm to boiling this did cause me to have a burnt back, we where only there for one night and didn’t see a need to make a big fuss but would recommend checking the shower if you do stay here, the only other thing was the fan blew a huge dust ball out from under the bed so don’t think it is the most thorough cleaning, ”

“Since there were lots of good comments here and so did my friend and I confirmed to stay here in Wien. The room is nothing special but somehow we both had a great sleep (maybe the weather of Wien?) The common kitchen is good to have while there will be cleaning once per every 2/3 days of your stay. Can't wait to mention the staff are really helpful! One mid-night i was planning to a hospital nearby and they helped me calling to the hospitals nearby, explained my current situation and check if a……
