"I arrived at the Raddison in Dammam Industrial City tired after a long series of flights and a bit early to officially check in. The receptionist did everything to ensure I was given a suite and was extremely courteous, competent and professional. On the basis of this interaction alone I will be coming back time after time to Raddison Hotels. A very high standard has been set and I look forward to experiencing similar professionalism throughout the Raddison hotel chain. "

However, there were a few downsides: some insects inside the room, worn-out furniture in the living area, and outdoor facilities that need better cleaning and maintenance. The beach terrace is also small and would benefit from expansion. Overall, a pleasant experience, but the price feels quite high for what you get."
