“The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful with places to eat and buy groceries. The apartment was spacious, clean and well equipped. We immediately felt at home. We would definitely stay here again.”

“Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Maison avec 2 vraies chambres et un espace nuit sans porte avec 1 lit pour une personne. Deux salles de bains fonctionnelles avec wc. Cuisine bien garnie avec beaucoup de vaisselle et d'ustensiles pour cuisiner ainsi qu'un lave-vaisselle. La maison n'est pas très moderne mais cela est suffisant pour des vacances. Ce qui est surtout très agréable c'est la très grande terrasse où on peut manger à l'ombre ou au soleil car il y a plusieurs tables. Maison……

Ils sont disponible et ultra serviable, c'est notre 4ème voyage en italie, on a toujours été très bien accueilli mais là c'est l'excellence!!! Le logement est très bien située 5 minutes des supermarchés à pieds, une dizaines de minutes de la mer qui est très propre à l'eau turquoise! Le train est à moins de 2kms (20mn à pied avec nos enfants de 8 et 9ans) ce qui nous a permis de visiter polignano a mare,……

“Tiziano et Claudia sont très gentils. Vous serez seuls dans la maison, un peu isolée avec quelques voisins, mais peu présents. Des choses sont à revoir : portail, porte d'entrée, cuisine, moustiquaires principalement ; mais globalement, vous passerez de bons moments dans la maison qui est facile à prendre en main. La terrasse et le jardin sont vraiment chouettes. La maison et le mobilier sont basiques et vieillots, vous aurez donc un confort moyen, mais suffisant pour quelques jours. La piscine……

“Perfectly situated for walks along the harbour front and a public beach. Bari old town was 20 minutes walk with a nice surrounding shopping district .Train station was 15/20 min walk to access other communities.”

“The view was awesome! Huge deck was great and Rita was really great with check in! Zio peppe pizza around the corner 5-10 min walk is a must! The place was a bit far from san Nicola so we rented a car but place had nice parking spot in complex!”

Pas d'accès possible au parking car télécommande HS et non remplacée malgré les promesses faites lors du check in. Très peu de meubles et très peu de vaisselles disponibles. Rapport qualité/prix négatif.”
