In the heart of a fisherman village seaside, quiet and protected, TYCHA is a beautiful stone character house of the eighteenth. Just renovated on 140m2, it combines the charm of stone with the comfort of modernity. The volumes have been redesigned to create atypical spaces and bring light to light. Between Art Deco inspiration and atmosphere Atlantic Holidays, it will seduce you by its charm and its originality. An enclosed garden planted with trees of 1150 square meters overlooks a large terrace in espalier, exposed South West, bathed in sun all afternoon until evening. At the bottom of the garden, the terrace of the morning, in the sun, awaits you for a breakfast or a quiet coffee.

On the floor, 3 nice rooms, among which 1 in mezzanine. 1 bathroom, 1 separate WC:

"KERFANY" welcomes you in a seaside atmosphere (1 bed 140cm) with its mezzanine "PORT de MERRIEN" which combines the charm under roof and nautical spirit (2 beds 90cm).

The room "LES GLENAN", in an authentic atmosphere of house of fisherman, benefits from a double exhibition (1 bed 160cm).

The bathroom with toilet is spacious and decorated in an Art Deco spirit.

In the rez of putting on: 1 parental suite with private bathroom, 1 kitchen dining room, 1 living room chimney, 1 TOILET, 1 buanderie.

The large living room, very bright, to a very high height under ceiling, the stone is married to games of colors and lights. The glass canopy of any height opens on the terrace of 37m2.

"PORT de BELON", the parental suite, welcomes you in a cosi (1 bed 160cm), with its private bathroom, walk-in shower, separate WC.

The house is located 300 meters from the ocean. Sandy coves are within walking distance from the village by the ancestral hollow paths of the seaweed. The 2 beaches, Trenez and Kerfany are at 10 min on foot by the coastal path, the gray beach at 5mn.

There are many activities:
Hiking and mountain biking, through the forest trails that leave the house and meander in the regions over a hundred km.
The beach of Kerfany or the Beg Porz area offers multiple nautical activities (dinghies, board, kayak ...). The surfers will go to the Pouldu or to the beaches of Guidel.

The rivers of Belon and Aven, which according to the tides allow fishing on foot.

For scenic walks you can also visit the surrounding harbors. In Bélon, buy your fish at the arrival of the fishing of the day, discover the charm of Brigneau and the beauty of Doëlan, or stroll in Pont-Aven (17km), dream Concarneau, where boats leave for The Glénan Archipelago.

Abenteuer Bretagne

Wunderschönes Haus in toller Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind innerhalb von 20 bis 90 Minuten mit dem Auto oder Fahrrad erreichbar. An der traumhaften Küste ist man zu Fuß in 5-10 Minuten. Wir haben es sehr genossen, mit Eva als liebenswerte Gastgeberin.

Perfekte Location für die südliche Bretagne

Sehr netter Kontakt mit Eva, das Haus ist sehr schön und das Meer mit einem kleinen Strand ist zu Fuß in knapp 10 erreichbar. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen.

Un petit coin de paradis

Ty Cha est une maison de rêve pour des vacances dans la région. La pierre ancienne alliée à la modernité de la verriere lui donne un cachet extraordinaire. Elle jouit de tout le confort que l'on peut espérer. Il ne manque absolument rien pour s'y sentir comme chez soi ! Christian et Eva nous ont accueilli chaleureusement nous donnant des conseils avisés sur les lieux où pratiquer le Kite, les bons petits restos et les endroits à voir. Enfin la maison est idéalement située, à proximité de quelques plages (dont la superbe plage grise) au coeur d'un réseau de chemins pour de superbes ballades à pied ou en VTT.

Un bon séjour en Bretagne

A notre arrivée nous recevrions un accueil chaleureux et pendant notre séjour les proprieteres Eva et Christian ont nous donné un service excellent. La maison Tycha laisse peu à désirer, donc nous avons passé des bonnes vacances surtout que la position géographique est très favorable pour des excursions. Les plages ne sont pas très loin et heureusement le temps faisait beau pendant une grande partie de notre séjour donc assez du temps pour mettre les pieds dans l’eau.

I can’t say enough about this wonderful property. It’s a stunning blend of Old World stone house with modern extension and amenities. The garden is lovely with morning sunlight at the back of the garden to enjoy your tea or coffee then afternoon and evening sun on the patio. The patio has beautiful night time lighting as well. The house is well situated with a short walk to the coastal trail and beaches. Our kids loved exploring the tide pools. I recommend the market in Moelan and the excellent “Ponies de Belon” for horseback riding. Don’t forget to try “Kouign amann” - I’ll be dreaming of this sweet, salty, flaky Breton pastry from back home in Canada for years to come. We rent 5-6 homes each year for vacation and this is one of the best. We hope to spend longer here in the future.

Highly recommended

In July 2019 we (a family with two kids) spent two weeks of holiday at this lovely place. The house is well renovated with a nice interior and a beautiful garden. The hosts , who created this lovely place, are very kind. Everything is well organized and they have a lot of useful tips concerning restaurants and activities. Some beaches and restaurants are in walking distance. This place is although a good starting point for daily trips to discover the beautiful Bretagne. We can highly recommend this place and would love to come again.

Adorable and really nice

We spent a very good time in this very nice and tasteful house. The large garden was lovely, the furnishings lovingly composed and the hosts have been always kind and very obliging. The nearness to the Atlantic was the cherry on top. We hope that it was not the last time being in this house.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr geschmackvoll und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Kombination von alt und neu ist sehr gelungen. Auch die Ausstattung des Hauses und der schöne Garten mit Terrasse und Lounge-Ecke lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe des Atlantiks und in einer der schönsten Regionen der Bretagne. Die sehr freundliche und unkomplizierte Aufnahme durch die Vermieterin hat das Wohlfühl-Bild abgerundet.

Belle rénovation, jardin agréable et ensoleillé, au calme pour se ressourcer. Les plages et les ballades sur le chemin des douaniers sont très agréables. Beautiful house in a perfect location

A beautiful house in a perfect location, great for relaxing in the well designed private garden and for exploring the nearby beeches and coves that are only a few minutes walk away. It is also ideally located for anyone wishing to explore the many pretty towns and attractions in the surrounding area. The house has been lovingly restored to a very high standard and is equipped with everything you could ever wish for or need. The owners couldn't be more welcoming, helpful and accommodating and were always on hand to help out if needed. Not only that, but they did it in perfect English (something which was hugely appreciated but is a little embarrassing to admit, given I went determined to improve my French!). Thank you though for making it such a lovely time. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing holiday in Brittany. An ideal setting to relax and explore the local area.

A gem on the Brittany coast.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine ensoleillée à Tycha. Les propriétaires gèrent eux-mêmes la maison (qu’ils ont rénovée également) et nous ont reçus à bras ouverts. L’organisation et la finition des pièces est exemplaire, combinant une structure en pierres anciennes avec un confort moderne de première classe. Le jardin en terrasse est très spacieux, tranquille et agréablement planté. L’emplacement de la maison est idéal, avec un accès immédiat à la plage peu fréquentée de Prat Hervet. Wonderfully located house with quick access to the quiet Prat Hervet beach. Artfully combines old stones masonry with modern comfort. Very quiet, terraced garden was the site of many relaxing naps. Will come back.
