"This is a very good budget hotel and an affordable alternative to more expensive hotels in/near the city centre of Lübeck. We had the family room with a sofa converted to a bed for our son. There is a quick and frequent bus connection to the city centre. Rooms are equipped with kettle and coffee/tea. The road next to hotel is busy, but there is good sound insulation and darkening through electric window shutters. Be aware that due to the low price there is no staffed reception, but electronic check-in and creation of the door cards. For problems, a nearby hotel reception can help."

"Staff were very helpful restaurant was closed but they done a lovely pizza, room was basic bed was great slept well shower was powerful and breakfast was great even the smoked salmon. "

"The hotel is nice and newly renovated. The breakfast was great. My only complaint is that because restaurants close so early in Germany we found ourselves without any access to food upon our arrival. The hotel offers nothing. They should at least have sandwiches or fruit or bread options for those arriving later than 9:30pm. We walked the city looking for open restaurants but found none and we ended up going to bed hungry. Since the hotel is aware of this, they should have options for late arrivals. "

"Hotel is very short walk into town. Dtaff all very polite in texeption. Did find dinner in the restaurant very very slow service but food was excellent. Room with view over river very nice. Cant believe there is no a/c though"
