This was a perfect cottage for us and our 2 Golden Retreivers Everything we needed for a comfortable stay and great enclosed garden . It was a great base for us to explore the Borders . Nothing really in Beattock Only a few minutes by car from Moffat with all the little shops you might need. Coop, butchers, bakery etc Walks from the Moffat are plentyfull. Lockerbie not far where you can catch a train to Edinburgh( would do next time ) Would certainly stay again 👍👍

Lovely cottage and great enclosed garden so dogs are safe. Not too far from Moffat and local amenities, thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
