The apartment is definitely value for money — it was clean, comfortable, and in a great location if you want to be close to the main bars and restaurants. The on‑site pool is a big plus as it’s quiet and relaxing, but you do need keys to access it and we were only given one set, which became inconvenient.
The main downside was the communication. The check‑in process was stressful, as I had to chase for information on how to access the apartment when I’d already arrived in the resort. I requested a late check‑out and I’m still waiting for a response. I also messaged the host on the first day using the mobile number provided — which I was told was the best way to reach them — and never heard back.
There were also a couple of practical issues: only one set of towels was provided, and the washing machine doesn’t work, so I had to use a laundrette.
Overall, the apartment itself is good value for money, but the communication and responsiveness could be much better.
