Modesto e grazioso appartamento

Ho soggiornato col mio fidanzato in questi appartamenti per due settimane. Nel complesso è una buona struttura, ordinata, pulita e modesta (non aspettatevi lusso o meraviglioso arredamento, è un normale appartamentino perfetto per mangiare e dormire). Una cosa fantastica è la vista che si ha dal terrazzino da cui si vede benissimo l'oceano ed un panorama mozzafiato. La struttura si trova un po' lontano dal mare quindi se non siete attrezzati di un'auto sappiate che dovrete camminare un po' per arrivare in centro (il problema è il ritorno, la salita non sarà molto piacevole se non siete degli sportivi). Il personale è disponibile, cortese e sorridente e le stanze hanno l'essenziale per poter cucinare. Solo il frigorifero era molto piccolo ma se si comprano piano piano le cose giuste si riesce tranquillamente a farci stare dentro tutto. In rapporto qualità prezzo direi che merita un buon voto!

hotel agreable bien que situé tres haut ,il faut prendre un taxi pour descendre en ville ce qui coute environ 3 € , hotel en cours de rénovation donc bruyant sans que l'on vous previenne personellement notre chambre etait vetuste , baignoire rouillée, meubles de cuisine en piteux etat et les ustensiles de cuisine sont un peu limité pour cuisiner, il y a tres tres peu de francais sur cette ile et tout est fait pour une clientèle des pays nordique et allemande, il n'y a pas d'animation le soir dans la résidence , résidence qui est partagé entre une partie des appartements en location et l'autre partie en propriétaire donc le week-end il y a une population locale avec beaucoup d'enfant donc bruyant sans compter les differents aménagements des differents propriétaires (ex: un appareil de climatisation installer sur la facade à coté des fenetres donc la nuit vous devez dormir avec vos fenetres fermées bien qu'il fasse chaud

Ten days in d sun

Hotel was far away for pepole looking to Stay in the town it's a 20-30min walk u To walk up 105 steps I counted one night Cleaning staff brilliant bar closes at half ten So it's really made for older couples but if u Want a nice relaxing holiday with your Partner and u want to go to bed early it's d Place to go reception closes at 2pm-5pm Nice guests very freindly

Helt grei standard

Hadde et flott opphold. Rolige omgivelser. Fint basseng og uteplass på toppen :) god service. Hotellet har grei standard og godt renhold. Ligger litt utenfor fasiliteter, men har et lite supermarked like ved.

bra beligenhet fantastisk servise

jeg hadde 5 gode dager der alle som jobbet der var bli og hyggelig uteområdet var veldig pent rent og fint jeg fikk ekstra servise når jeg ville ha noe og spise jeg vil gjerne komme tilbake dit har lyst til å leie/kjøpe leilighet der pga stille og rolige omgivelser nydelig utsikt og mange flotte gjester og fasboende der

Happy Camper.

Dette hotellet fungerer utmerkt for personer som ikke krever unødvendige ting på ferie. Rommene er relativt store, har kjøleskap, og det meste man trenger for å lage seg mat, det man ikke finner på rommet, koster ikke masse å supplere med heller. Beliggenheten er flott, og utearealet ved bassenget er suverent. Betjeningen er meget vennlig, og behjelpelig til en hver tid, og flinke til å skape god og trygg stemning. Med mindre man må ha aircondition, er dette et hotell som fungerer utmerket for de fleste vil jeg tro, jeg er i alle fall meget fornøyd med mitt opphold på Guanbara Park.

Helt ok hotel,vi bodde där under lågsäsong så priset var otroligt billigt.Det ligger dock högt med en lång backe upp så det kan vara svårt för ex. handikappade och familjer med små barn.Taxi dock billigt från stan.Rent och snyggt,poolen helt ok.

good place but not very helpful with where our room was with a small child three lots of steps when he was fast asleep when we got there wasn't a good thing, but that was the only down side would recommend too friends but not 1s with small kids because there's a big hill too go up and down into town

Consiglio questa struttura solo a chi ha intenzione di noleggiare l'auto direttamente in aeroporto. Per raggiungere Puerto Rico in taxi i costi sono no piuttosto elevati (distanza circa 45 km), inoltre non ci sono mezzi pubblici o servizio navetta per la spiaggia. Questa dista 2,5 km circa dal residence, è sabbiosa ma non è tra le più belle, consiglio spostamento di circa 20km verso nord in direzione delle dune di Maspalomas e di Playa del Inglès. Il residence è in posizione molto panoramica e quasi tutte le camere hanno vista mare, molto valida la piscina Le camere sono dotate di cucina, suggerisco agli amanti del caffè di portarsi in valigia una piccola caffettiera Moka, in quanto gli appartamenti all'estero ne sono sempre sprovvisti. Buono il giudizio nel complesso in rapporto al prezzo

Appartamenti semplici ma con tutto il necessario anche per cucinare. Pulizie e cambio asciugamani a giorni alterni. Balcone con bellissima vista sul porticciolo di Playa de Mogan e a soli 5 minuti di macchina dalla bellissima Playa Amadores. Personale cordiale e disponibile. Comodo il parcheggio sotto l'hotel.

Perfectly fine on a budget!

First things first, the apartments are way up at the top of a hill so anyone without a car will find it a real slog back from the beach but taxis are I believe about 3 euro so I guess not too much of an issue. The complex was clean although definitely in need of some upgrading and the staff were extremely pleasant. We travelled in August and temperatures were in the late 20's, the lack of air-con made sleeping a touch difficult but it was fine to leave the windows open as I understand that Gran Canaria has rules now for pest spraying (I'm sure anyones who's been to Gran Canaria in years gone by knows that cockroaches used to be a problem in the Canaries). We only saw a couple in the week we were there and only one in the complex (dead!!). The week we were there the complex was full Spanish which was fine but I think they must prefer pool to beach as the pool area was very busy from early morning till the evening. Just down the hill there's a restaurant called El Cenador, not the cheapest in the area but excellent food and still better value than eating out at home. All in all, a nice location for a quiet getaway on a budget. Just bear in mind that air-con would be real plus!

Quiet with nice poole area and nice view

Nice and affordable hotel we can recommend. The hotel has roomy and cosy apartments with combined living room and kitchen, bath room with sink and mirror outside, bedroom and balcony with a splendid view over the new port in Puerto Rico. The hotel is lying in a quiet area up in the mountains, with parking outside and a small supermarket close by. The staff spoke English well, and the service was great. The poole area is well suited for adults and children of all ages, and has snack bar and Internet computers. Within ten minutes walk is a centre with shops, restaurants and bar, and a few minutes more you are down town Puerto Rico.

Koselig hotell i og med fin utsikt over båthavna i Puerto Rico. Hotellet ligger i et rolig område, i ly for støyen fra nattelivet i Puerto Rico sentrum, om man ønsker en tidlig kveld. Om man ikke har bil, må man være forberedt på å gå et stykke for å komme til strand og sentrum. Men for oss som liker å bevege oss er stedet perfekt; like bak hotellet går det sti opp i fjellområdet -et eldorado for treningsturer morgen eller kveld! Var også friskere luft i rommet, spesiellt badet, enn enkelte andre steder på øya. Veldig harde senger, men ellers en romslig leilighet. Kan anbefales om man ikke søker ren luksus.
