TINO HOUSE - FOR 5 PEOPLE- SWIMMING POOL

* The house is located in a small villa surrounded by fruit trees in the Mogán Valley, Hornillo neighborhood, very quiet and relaxed area, just 3 km from the Port of Mogán where you can enjoy a wonderful beach, and the mountain , which has many real roads. All this with an exceptional climate with an annual average of 25º, very favorable for the practice of any sport.
The house has a pool, barbecue, large solarium area, private parking, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen, stereo, satellite TV and Wi-Fi. It is also adapted for people with reduced mobility if required.
The service changes the clothes of the house, although the client can contract additionally the general cleaning of the same.
The special attraction of the area is to offer a quality sea and mountain offer, having both my possibilities and enjoying the tranquility offered by the house.
Ideal to practice any sport at any time of the year because of its climate.
Possibility to rent bicycles
The service is personal and very close, which usually offers the best fruits of the farm where the house is located, according to the fruit season.
The farm where the house is framed has a small chicken coop where the client has the possibility if he wishes to collect fresh eggs of the day for consumption.
It is best to move by car, although the distances are short and the journeys are not long.

Our host Tino got in touch with us when we landed and was there at the rental to make sure we found it ok and show us around. Everything was lovely and clean , bed very comfortable and there was welcome drinks and fresh fruit. Lovely outside area to sit and relax and a nice warm clean swimming pool to use. The host's parents live beside the rental and were really friendly and helpful but allowed privacy as wished. Would thoroughly recommend this rental, it was the perfect base to explore the island and we were very comfortable. The house is beside a road and opposite a small holding but this did not interfere with our enjoyment of this holiday house which had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Our 2nd visit to this island and to Tino’s house. We had no hesitation in choosing this property and again our stay was perfect. Everything was spotlessly clean when we arrived and Tino’s parents were the perfect hosts, friendly without being intrusive and always on hand if needed. The gifts of fresh fruit and eggs were greatly appreciated and enjoyed. We’ve rebooked to return in 6 months time!

Wir waren zwei Wochen als Familie in Tino's Unterkunft. Es war wunderbar alles!Das Haus und ganze Grundstück waren sehr sauber und gepflegt. Der Pool war ein Traum! Wir waren im August dort. Das Haus liegt abseits der Touristen Hochburgen in einem schönen Bergtal. Auf dem Gelände befindet sich eine Plantage für Mangofrüchte. Es gibt einen eigenen Zugang zum Haus mit Parkplatz und großer überdachter Terrasse. Es ist ein Pool vorhanden, den der Besitzer auch benutzt. Der Besitzer und seine Frau sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie haben uns regelmäßig mit Eiern und Mangos von der Plantage beschenkt. Das Haus hat eine Klimaanlage und ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine ist auch vorhanden. Mit den Betten und den Matratzen waren wir auch zufrieden. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig ausgestattet. Mikrowelle, Herd und Backofen sind vorhanden. Das Haus war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zur Küste mit den Stränden sind es mit dem Auto ca 5 Minuten Fahrzeit. Von unserer Seite gibt es eine klare Weiterempfehlung.

El lugar ideal para descansar y desconectar.Rodeado de naturaleza y con buena comunicación para ir a la playa, restaurantes, supermercados y centros comerciales. El registro de entrada y salida perfecto, buena comunicación con los dueños para cualquier cuestión. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para estar cómodamente, cocina completa, piscina a 2 pasos, comedor dentro y fuera, donde poder disfrutar de una comida al aire libre, wifi y zona de aparcamiento si llevas coche, que sería lo ideal para poder moverte por la zona. Tanto Tino, como Mari Carmen y Agustin (sus padres) son un encanto de personas, muy cercanos. Nos agasajaron con fruta de la finca, que estaba deliciosa, y huevos de sus gallinas.En resumen, hemos disfrutado de una semana maravillosa en un lugar maravilloso.

Una casa rural con piscina climatizada compartida con la cabaña de madera.Unos propietarios muy agradables y atentos. La limpieza y comodidad muy conseguida.Cerca de la carretera y molesta algo el ruido. Por la noche es tranquila gracias a las ventanas aislantes.

Suberb location

Beautiful location very private had everything we needed exceptionally clean . Although it was out of the main resort it was only a short bus ride down to the Peurto de Mogan but we quite often walked it which took around 40 mins . The buse were quite regular & the taxis were reasonable. There was a superb bakery just 5 mins from the property which we got fresh bread from every day also some lovely pastries. We also had some lovely fruits & fresh eggs from the owners of the property. We would definitely stay here again .

A Gem of a Place

This is a superb holiday home with excellent facilities and a beautiful pool. The house was spotless and the terrace/pool were cleaned every day. Tino met us on arrival and thereafter his parents looked after us with very generous gifts of a range of fruits and fresh eggs. They were very friendly but never intrusive. We would have loved to make a return booking but appreciate why it was already booked.

Wunderbares Ferienhaus mit Pool

Sehr gute Kommunikation mit den Gastgebern (im Nachbarhaus, aber äußerst diskret), sehr gute Lage in einem Seitental mit positiver Energie, nahe des pittoresken Hafenstädtchens Puerto de Mogán, aber vollkommen anders als die Atmosphäre des Massentourismus im Süden der Insel sonst. Schöne Grillmöglichkeit (jeweils am nächsten Morgen war der Grill von den Gastgebern wieder gesäubert!). Den kleinen, sauberen und warmen Pool hatten wir für uns.

Ein kleines Traumhaus

Der Aufenthalt war ein Traum, von der Schlüssel Übergabe Einzug bis zur Schlüssel Übergabe beim Auszug unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Besitzer war einwandfrei, es war jemand vor Ort der uns die Schlüssel übergeben und das Haus erklärt hat wo alles ist. Wir hatte zu 4. viel Platz. Das Haus ist so eingerichtet wie es in der Beschreibung angegeben ist. Der Pool ist sehr schön mit Steinstufen zum reingehen und am anderen Ende ca 170 cm tief ist. Ich bin 180 cm und mein Kopf hat richtig schön noch rausgeschaut. Auf der bedacht Terrasse könnte man schön Frühstücken oder Abendessen, wir waren viel unterwegs. In der Nähe war ein Bäcker in den man auch Wurst und Käse sowie vieles andere zum Essen. Daneben hat einen Tag vor unserer Abreise ein kleines Restaurant aufgemacht in den man gut essen kann. Wir hatten unsere Ruhe und Platz für das Auto. Das gesamte Gelände ist eingezäunt und ein automatisches öffnetes Tor so das man sagen kann das Auto ist gesichert. Wir haben uns sehr Wohl gefühlt. Ich kann es nur empfehlen wenn man etwas Ruhe vom stressigen Alltag braucht. Das einzige bei der Lage ist die Straße die hinter dem Haus entlang verläuft, da hat man den Straßen Lärm, der aber nicht ständig, wie in der Stadt, ist. Eine Bushaltestelle ist 200 m Weg vom Haus. Meine Familie und ich wollen wider in das Haus. Das Haus ist ein kleines Schmuckstück.

A perfect stay at Tino House

We stayed at Tino house with our two kids and absolutely loved it. Located just a 5 min drive to Mogan beach with a beautiful view on the mountains. The house is clean, has comfortable beds and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. A nice terrace for outside dining, a grill and of course the heated pool with comfortable chairs which was amazing for taking a relaxing quiet day. The communication with Tino was super friendly and fast. We totally recommend Tino House to everyone.

Prachtig uitzicht en weg uit de drukte

Wij hebben 2 weken een heerlijk en rustig verblijf gehad. Het huis biedt alles wat je nodig hebt. Er is aan alles gedacht. Van sinasappel-pers tot koffiemachine, je komt niets te kort. We hebben ons er zeer thuis gevoeld. Een mooie tuin en een prachtige uitzicht over de bergen. De ligging is perfect. In de buurt zijn allerlei voorzieningen, en enigszins verwijderd van de massatoerisme aan de kust. Het was een zeer geschikte uitvalsbasis voor de prachtige wandelingen die wij gemaakt hebben. Het huis is met liefde ingericht en zeer schoon. De ontvangst door de eigenaresse was heel fijn.

Very nice place

Very nice house and a very nice garden. We could sit outside for all meals and eat, which the covered terasse helped with, and the heated pool was very good especially for our children. We did not know we had to share the pool with two people in a different house, but it worked out fine. The host was nice, and we talked through translation on smartphone. Which worked fine. The place was very clean inside and outside, and we could smell the cleaning products on arrival. The road by the house is a bit noisy at night, so earplugs would be recomended when you sleep.

Excellent place to stay

A great place with everything you need on a central spot to explore the Island. We have stayed here 3 weeks. Our two teenage girls loved the private swimming pool. The beds are fine and the inventory is complete. The owner is very friendly and brings around several sorts of fruits, like mango, papaya an dragon fruits. They grow in the garden around the house. The bakery is very close. The house is near the road in a part of Gran Xanaria that not crowded with tourists but everything on the island is wthin an our drive. The nearest coastal place is the beautiful port de Mogan. That is an 8 minute drive. So in one word. Fantastic. We will come back.
