「The property is very modern with all the conveniences you need. The terrace area is large and was great for eating outside or just relaxing. The large king size bed is 2 singles pushed together and it was very comfortable. It is a little bit off the beaten track up a rough but perfectly driveable road. 「We stayed at Tino house with our two kids and absolutely loved it. Located just a 5 min drive to Mogan beach with a beautiful view on the mountains. The house is clean, has comfortable beds and has everything you need in the kitchen and bathroom. A nice terrace for outside dining, a grill and of course the heated pool with comfortable chairs which was amazing for taking a relaxing quiet day. The communication with Tino was super friendly and fast. We totally recommend Tino House to everyone.」

「We had a wonderful stay. The owners are so lovely and considerate, providing transport to and from the airport, and giving us a welcome food package on our arrival. The house is comfortable, spacious and fully equipped. The pool was quiet and clean. It’s a short walk down steps to the many restaurants, shops and bars and an easy walk from there to a children’s play centre, crazy golf, sea front shops and eateries, the beach club and Puerto Rico’s beach. Taxis are quite cheap and buses are nearby...

「This was a beautiful location and we were very comfortable in the house. Each of the five bedrooms was pleasant and the furnishings were all of very high quality. It was a place that had space for everyone and was in a quiet countryside yet close to the charming port of Mogan. The only thing that could be improved upon is the pool heating in the winter months. We would return for sure if we had the opportunity!」

「Wow! What a find. A beautiful house just outside Puerto Morgan. Far enough away that you have some seclusion, but close enough to the town to enjoy it. Only two other properties share the site including the po which we had to ourselves for the whole visit. Surrounded by tropical fruit trees and regularly arrived home to fresh mango and papaya waiting for us. Really lovely place, well cared for and great communication from the owners. Will be back!」

「A fantastic apartment very clean and has everything you need, hosts were very nice and welcoming, the welcome pack was exceptional and helped a great deal..Very close to shops and bars and restaurants, a short walk to the beach too…The lift to the apartment is so close by…Only one downside but expected as so close to nightlife, noise from music bars, but definitely hasn’t put us off and we are returning in November again for another fantastic 3 weeks 👍」

「Das kleine Studio ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vom kleinen Balkon aus hat man eine schöne Aussicht direkt aufs Meer. Zum Glück hatten wir einen Parkplatz mit dabei. Der Pool ist nicht beheizt und war Anfang November kühler als das Meer, dafür wenig besucht. Zu den Stränden ist es ein ordentlicher Fußmarsch bergauf und bergab. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und kümmert sich sofort um alles.」

「Übergabe lief perfekt. Das Haus war sauber und die Aufteilung der Zimmer optimal aber kleine Renovierungsarbeiten wären von nöten. Putz an den Wänden muss ausgebessert werden und ein wenig neue Farbe wäre auch hilfreich. Die Lage ist gut und sehr ruhig. Zum nächsten Strand nicht weit, mit dem Auto in 10 min. zu erreichen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, trotz der erforderlichen Renovierungsarbeiten.」

「Apartment suited us perfectly. Jose was there at check in and was very helpful. Stayed for 12 nights over new year, family of four, our first time in Gran Canaria. Great location, 10min walk to supermarkets, 15-20mins walk to beach. Good sized rooms and garden, pool very cold, otherwise very pleased with accommodation. Lots of nearby walks, places to visit. Buses easy to use so no need for car. Would return again」

「The townhouse was as expected, a spacious house with a great roof terrace with plenty of seating and a great gas barbecue. The lounge was light and airy having been decorated in white. However, the hallway and stairway could have done with repainting which could also lighten up that area to make it more welcoming. The paintwork on the handrails also needed a deep clean, not the job of the cleaners who were excellent. We were pleasantly surprised at the white goods in the house....a dishwasher...

「We stayed 3 nights here and the apartment was excellent. It's literally home from home with everything you need. The WiFi is brilliant, so much so we used our IPTV box! They are big apartments. Well equipped. Huge balconies and stunning views. The reception staff are brilliant. Friendly and always make sure everything is ok. The pool area is lovely too. Great food at the pool bar. We cannot fault this place at all. Short walk to the commercial centre. We will definitely book to come back...
