「Just an average property with poor linen, a dirty shower stall, and the cheapest one ply toilet paper. No view of the river, but, there is a view of an abandoned 13 story construction property across the river and the God awful giant green tarp. More of a low rent residential neighborhood on the river.」

「House was clean and welcoming. Location was easy to find, in a neighborhood, but also very private. Pool and Spa were terrific. Would be very happy to stay here again.」

「We had an amazing Christmas in Havasu. I was impressed at all of the kitchen utensils/cookware available in the kitchen which allowed me to cook Christmas dinner with ease, there was even a crockpot to use! The game room (ski ball, Pac-Man, air hockey, pop a shot, shuffle board) kept our family highly entertained and ensured a lot of quality time with a tournament on Christmas Eve.
