"The property was clean and modern. It was perfect for a short trip to Cooperstown. The breakfast was above and beyond our expectations with a wide variety of hot food as well as typical free breakfast staples. All day coffee station was a nice feature as well. Our family had a great time."

"The person behind the desk was very friendly. Thank you very much. Could you please wash the floors? I got out of the shower and got sticky black stuff all over my feet that didn’t want to come off. The price was high for what we got. Also, the canal and surrounding wetlands look like they should be part of a superfund site. I think"

"The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. "
