This beautifully designed 58 m² two-bedroom apartment in Setúbal is the perfect retreat for families or friends seeking comfort and relaxation. Located on the second floor and accessible by stairs, the apartment combines a cosy atmosphere with all the essentials for a memorable stay.

The bright and welcoming living area features a comfortable sofa, a TV to enjoy your favourite shows, and a dining table for shared meals and gatherings.

The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals with ease—stove, oven, microwave, and all essential cookware and utensils. A dishwasher simplifies post-meal cleanup, while the washing machine, drying rack, and ironing equipment provide everything you need for hassle-free laundry.

The first bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has access to a charming balcony with a seating area—ideal for enjoying your morning coffee or an evening glass of wine. The second bedroom includes two single beds. Both rooms come with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a restful night’s sleep.

The bathroom is stocked with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, providing everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Located in a peaceful residential area, this property is ideally situated for those looking to enjoy local culture and convenient access to Lisbon and the surrounding regions. Just a short walk from the house, you’ll find the Jardim de Verão, a tranquil park perfect for relaxing strolls or enjoying the outdoors. History buffs will appreciate the nearby Casa Mora, a beautiful heritage building showcasing traditional Portuguese architecture.

For a taste of local life, head to the Mercado Municipal, where you can browse fresh produce, handmade goods, and regional specialities. Just a few minutes away is the Monumento a José Afonso, a tribute to the iconic Portuguese singer and activist.

Dining options are plentiful in the neighbourhood. Enjoy grilled delights at Churrasqueira Do Rio, indulge in traditional Portuguese dishes at A Praceta, or try something different at Haitatsu Sushi. Other great choices include Restaurante O Avelino and the cosy local spot Debicar.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

We provide the basic amenities for the first use: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag. Please let us know if you need cleaning or extra linen; we will gladly provide an additional charge.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at a minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).

Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.

Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
