「Opera 35 was a comfortable place in a good location. The hotel staff were polite friendly and helpful. The decor was wonderful with an unexpected courtyard with lounges table and chairs to relax in. There’s 24 hours emergency hotline, We found that there’s no hot water at the mid-night. We called the emergency hotline, immediately someone came to fix the problem within few minutes.
