Great property in a pleasant area. We were 3 families with 8 children and fitted in perfectly. Kitchen very well equipped. Mezzanine area was great as a chill out room for the kids. Lots of seating areas outside. Neighbours rather highly strung complaining about noise which wasn’t excessive or late in the evening.

Very nice and cosy house in calm area

We loved the area, so calm and nice. The location of house is the best for beaches and going for other spots nearby. We had a fantastic time in the house, barbequing, playing bocca and table tennis. The swimmingpool and jacuzzi where also great, 2 times a week it was cleaned. Kitchen is well equipped, and we where tree families with good place in the house. The owner is easy to communicate with and also the agency. We would really recommend renting the house, and we think it was much better than on the pictures.

Golfing Group

We based ourselves at this great Villa in a leafy lane very close to Moliets and its beach. This large villa easily accommodated 7 'hairy legged golfers' and at no point did we ever feel crowded. There is plenty of space both inside and out. The pool and al freco dining area proved to be very popular after our rounds of golf. The villa is fully equipped to allow you to 'dine in' and the BBQ was put to use. There are plenty of local restaurants too. This is an ideal Villa for family and friends to stay and the flexible booking arrangement makes this so easy. The beaches are fantastic and the area has plenty for you to see and do (other than golf). If you're golfing you'll be spoilt for choice with Moliets on your doorstep. Hossegor and Seignosse are accessible in under 30 minutes and the courses around Biarritz in an hour or so. Thank you Laurent, we"ll be back!

Wir waren mit 3 Familien da: 6 Kindern und 2 Teenager, 2 Hunde (kein geschlossener GartenZaun)Das Haus ist wunderschön und einfach perfekt für einen Großfamilien Urlaub! Das Haus ist in der Aufteilung sehr gut durchdacht & macht einem den Urlaub leicht, so dass jeder seine Privatsphäre hat! Es ist ein wunderschönes modernes Holzhaus, man muss damit leben können, dass die Dielen beim Gehen nachts knacken, wenn jemand auf WC geht. Aber es hat auch eben seinen Charme.Die Küche ist BESTENS ausgestattet! Vielleicht ein paar mehr Gläser oder größere Weingläser, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Wir waren vom 12.10.-24.10. zu Gast und hatten den ganzen Aufenthalt tolles Wetter wenn auch nachts 10/11 Grad nur, war es tagsüber 25 Grad.Der Pool war bei unserer Ankunft nur bei 18 Grad.Erst hat man uns über die Agentur versucht zu erklären, dass das Wetter zu schlecht sei um den Pool zu beheizen, da wir aber selbst einen Pool haben und wissen dass es funktioniert und es vorher auch so abgemacht war, bestanden wir auf das einschalten der Wärmepumpe. Das wurde dann auch schnell umgesetzt.Nach 2 Tagen hatten wir dann Poolwasser von 26 Grad, was die ganze Familie, vorallem die Kinder sehr gefreut hat!Der Whirlpool ist das Highlight des Urlaubs gewesen! Entspannung pur zwischen dem ganzen Familiengewusel! Grandios, dass der Hausbesitzer diesen für seine Gäste zur Verfügung stellt.Die Lage ist abgelegen, aber traumhaft schön!Wir empfehlen die Villa zu 100%

Wunderbares Ferienhaus für eine größere Gruppe

Wir (3 Familien mit insgesamt 7 Kindern im Alter von 9 bis 15 Jahren) haben den 2wöchigen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Das Haus inkl. Garten sind ansprechend/ gemütlich gestaltet und sehr gepflegt. Der Pool war bei unseren Kindern natürlich der Hit und auch die Großen haben recht viel Zeit im und um den Pool herum verbracht. Insbesondere bei größeren Gruppen (wie wir es waren) punktet das Haus mit seinen zahlreichen Bädern/ Toiletten. Die Boule-Bahn haben wir leider erst an unserem letzten Tag für uns entdeckt - auch hier kann man sicherlich viele nette Stunden verbringen. Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Umgebung und ist der ideale Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge an die vielen tollen Strände bzw. sonstige Unternehmungen. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur war jederzeit angenehm und freundlich. Wenn man überhaupt irgendetwas kritisieren möchte, dann wäre dies die Küchenausstattung - es gibt nur zwei Schneidebretter, relativ wenig gut schneidende Messer und der Quirl hat bei uns nicht funktioniert (was aber nur aufgefallen ist, weil wir in den 2 Wochen 2 Geburtstagskinder hatten und wir dementsprechend 2x Kuchen gebacken haben ;-)). Ansonsten sei noch erwähnt, dass man ab und zu Besuch von einem Hund aus der Nachbarschaft bekommt - dieser war aber immer freundlich und hat sich nach wenigen Minuten wieder getrollt. Wir können das Haus insgesamt uneingeschränkt empfehlen - wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder einmal!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Das Haus liegt wunderschön in einem großen Grundstück mit Pinien und alten Korkeichen, somit gibt es viele Schatten. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet, besonders was Geschirr und Küchengeräte inklusive große Töpfe und Pfannen betrifft. Allenfalls der Herd ist mit drei Platten und normal großem Backrohr für 14 Personen grenzwertig dimensioniert. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten liegen mit dem Auto nur wenige Minuten entfernt. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Urlaub für insgesamt 14 Personen!

Maison parfaite pour des vacances tranquilles

La maison est si bien qu’on est très peu sorti ! Entre les accommodations et la proximité avec la forêt landaise, tout était là pour passer un bon week end. Merci à Laurent de nous avoir si bien accueilli dans sa magnifique maison.

Très belle maison parfaitement équipée dans un environnement de qualité.

La maison est à la fois belle et pratique. On pourrait difficilement faire mieux équipée, que ce soit pour les activités ludiques/cuisine/rangements. Elle permet de séjourner en groupe tout en ayant chacun son espace. Le jardin est parfait pour les adultes comme les enfants. Je recommande vivement!

Tolle Woche in Moilets

Tolles Haus mit allem was man braucht. Ein besonderes Highlight war der Jakuzzi, der uns in manch kühlerer Nacht ein perfektes Wohlfühlerlebnis bescherte. Perfekt auch für die Kinder geeignet - gesamtes Equipement vorhanden, auch ein Schutzzaun um den Pool wurde aufgestellt. Alles in allem eine gelungene Woche.

Villa Maa Beach

Die Villa ist sehr schön, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und Pool, Garten, Jacuzi toll. Leider war um 18.00 die Villa immer noch nicht wirklich geputzt und bereit, laut Inserat ab 16.00... Volle Aschenbecher, nur besenrein ohne Saugen und nass Abziehen, Küche und Bad dreckig, z.B. Sand in Wanne, Krümel in Backofen und um den Toaster, Abfall und Kühlschrank nicht geleert, Schubladen in Küche dreckig inkl. Essensreste zwischen den Tischsets etc. Die Agentur schlecht erreichbar (Mailbox) und kam erst um 19.30 auf mehrmaliges Telefonieren und Reklamation hin vorbei (den Schlüssel hatten wir von der Putzmannschaft). Es wurde zwar noch einmal eine Putzkraft fürs Nötigste geschickt, jedoch entsprachen Sauberkeit und Übergabe nicht annähernd dem Luxus und Preis für die Villa. An sich wäre eine Geste in Form einer Rückerstattung angebracht. Immerhin haben sie sich entschuldigt. Die Agentur hat sich ausserdem auch keine Zeit für eine rechte Über- und Abgabe genommen. Sie schienen mit ihren 28 Liegenschaften beim Bettenwechsel überfordert. Etwas mehr Augenmerk auf Hygiene und Ausstattung in Form einer Seife und eines Handtuchs in den Toiletten oder eines sauberen Sets für den Abwasch würden schon sehr viel ausmachen! Abgesehen davon haben wir mit 12 Personen inkl. Kindern und Rollifahrer die Woche sehr genossen.

Magnifique mais mal placee

La maison est très jolie et très bien conçue pour plusieurs familles. Jardin très bien aménagé avec piscine, jaccuzi, boulodrome et table de Ping pong. Tout est réuni pour passer un excellent moment. Le seul inconvénient et non des moindre, les voisins sont excédés par le bruit que génère les locataires successifs. Vue la taille de cette maison, les voisins sont beaucoup trop proches .
