“Quiet and clean! Spent the week with my daughter and had such a wonderful vacation. Located on the west side of Maui, near so many sandy beaches and restaurants. Snorkeled at Black Rock beach and swam with the sea turtles and fish only found in Hawaii . The condo had a full kitchen that we used through-out the stay. We never ran out of things to do. There were sea turtles on the beach on the condo property. Spotted whales and dolphins off the coast from our balcony. We looked forward to……

“I chose the wrong check-in time and wanted to change it but no one was working”

“员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。”

“Die Hotelanlage war sehr sauber. Da wir einen Bungalow hatten, können wir zu den Hotelzimmern keine Auskunft geben. Aber der Bungalow und der öffentliche Bereich war wirklich top. Frühstück hatten wir nicht dazu gebucht. Wenn man einen Mietwagen hat, gibt es genug in der Umgebung.”
