「We were in Waikiki, Hawaii during the 100-year storm. Everywhere was flooding, therefore, we decided not to go to Maui and get stuck on the island. The staff would not refund any part of our hotel fees at all or allow us to rebook at another time. We will never stay there! We could not believe this…very disappointing!」

「Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.」
