「Not a great check-in experience, room had pulled up carpet and broken lamp (upgraded bungalow room) and was not worth the price we paid. Restaurants and Luau on-site were overpriced and underwhelming. The only upside was the manager Gretchen that helped us to move to a different room (lower priced), but better view. We didn't get any money back, but Gretchen was very nice and helped us out.」

「My family & I love this hotel!!! We just spent 9 days at there in May. We’ve been coming to the Royal Lahani since 2003. The resort is clean, the staff is helpful & friendly. The beach is beautiful & the ocean water is so clear & blue. While we were in the water two sea turtles swam right next to us, they were headed toward the reef by the black rock!!!. It was an awesome experience to see such beauty. We enjoyed the hotel restaurant, the ice cream shop & the rooster on the grounds that...

「The property was beautiful and the staff were all so great. It is high season so the one issue I noticed is there is definitely not enough lounge chairs at the pool to accommodate all the people who are staying at the resort. All the hotels are like this actually. Resort should provide chairs to guests free of charge for the beach at the rate you are paying to stay there a night.」

「员工完全没有经过培训，非常没有礼貌。 第一天我按时到达，被告知房间还没收拾好，仅仅是告知，连句抱歉都没有，好像这是应该的。 5晚住宿只有一天客房服务（打扫卫生），这倒可以理解。但是如果不催促的话，这一天的卫生可能也没有人打扫。我催了两遍，才勉强打扫。 最后一天退房，前台居然没人。 总之，员工素质极差，完全不能匹配这个酒店。」
