"Hotel and spa absolutely wonderful - not much negative to say. But the staff is very "polish" and cold and unfriendly. This is a 5*-standing hotel and they should train their staff to have that friendliness and service worth of a 5*z"

"Super Lage, viele Restaurants im Hotel und in der Umgebung. Etwas kompliziertes anfahren mit dem Auto, da der Parkbereich für 4-5 Hotels gedacht ist. Auch der Aquapark wird mit den anderen Hotels geteilt und nur eine Stunde Aufenthalt täglich ist kostenlos, wer länger bleiben möchte zahlt je nach ..."

"Wir fühlen uns in diesen Appartments seit nunmehr 6 Jahren sehr wohl und freuen uns schon heute auf nächstes Jahr. Alles (Strand, Klosteranlage Eldena und auch Stadtzentrum) ist sehr gut zu Fuß, mit dem Fahrrad und auch mit dem Bus zu erreichen."
