The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only. The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. 「Our stay was wonderful! We will definitely be back. The staff were very nice and helpful as well! Just a few small notes, the washer/dryer was out of order in our condo which would have been nice to know prior to staying. Thankfully we only stayed 2 nights but for a longer stay, it would be helpful to know in advance. Also, the stove light was on saying “service unit.” This isn’t really good either for those staying longer because I wouldn’t trust using it.」

「The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.」

The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!」

Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. 「I like this location as I’ve stayed here before. Bathrooms were pretty nasty with trash and hair everywhere. Not sure they mopped or cleaned the toilets before we checked in. There was also hair in the fridge? No dish soap or paper towels which was a little disappointing considering it has a full kitchen with dishwasher.
