Conveniently located 5 minutes drive from the beach, it's ideal for those who need a break at the coast, on official duties, couples, solo travellers etc

The space
The apartment is furnished and has been stocked keeping in mind the needs of every modern traveler.
1.) Living Room
- Fast unlimited Wifi Internet access.
- A five-speed ceiling fan to cool temperatures in the room.
- Spacious living room area converted into a studio kind of setup with a dining area and an open plan kitchen concept.
- Smart internet HDTV with internet channels, subscriptions to Netflix and youtube
- Comfortable queen-size bed, comfy orthopedic mattress, two sets of linen/bedsheets and two sets of towels (6 towels).
- A large backrest pillow for relaxing when reading a book or watching TV and several throw pillows.
- Comfortable workspace / dining table with accompanying bistro chairs that can sit two
- Laptop-friendly work station.
- Sliding doors that open up to a spacious patio / balcony.

2.) Kitchen
• Fully equipped with appliances such as a microwave, fridge, water heater kettle, coffee table, cutlery, plates, cups, cooking pots, pans, glass tumblers etc.

3.) Bathroom
-Equipped with a standard WC, instant hot water shower and is stocked with fresh towels at check-in.

4.) Bedroom
• Equipped with a wardrobe, steam iron box & ironing board, laundry basket.
• We have provided an additional set of fresh linens & towels and 4 extra throw pillows for maximum comfort during your stay.
- This room can serve as a dressing room.
• A five speed ceiling fan to cool temperatures in the room.

5.) Patio / Balcony
- Spacious balcony/patio adjacent to the living room.
-Enjoy beautiful sunrise and sunset views, relax, enjoy outdoor meals, a glass of wine etc. here.
- Guests who smoke are requested to smoke here during their stay.

6.) Security
The area is safe and the apartment is well secured with daytime and night time security guards, electric fence, alarm, security cctvs etc.

7.) Corridor area
- Full-length mirror beside the sink and overhead shelves to store your favorite toiletries.

8.) Access to the Apartment
The apartment is about a minute's walk from the road. The access road is well tarmacked to the apartment gate and parking.
Guest access
- Guests will have the entire space to themselves.
- Parking is available. Guests are requested to give us prior notification if needed.
- Our security guard will be more than willing to assist you with your bags.
Other things to note
*Cleaning note*
We have an enhanced cleaning & sanitization process of the whole house before & after every booking. Our cleaning personnel wear gloves and masks when they work. We disinfect all knobs, switches, handles etc. SAFETY of our guest(s) is our PRIORITY

- Week and month long stays will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans of the whole apartment twice a week and fresh linen and towels
- Stay of 4 nights or longer will receive complimentary mid-stay cleans, fresh linens and towels
- Cleaning of the unit can be done more frequently upon request at a fee (cleaning charge in place with your booking is to freshen up the unit after your stay)
- Each cleaning session has to be pre-arranged and takes approx. 2 hours
• This is a self catering unit, but we do provide the basics (complimentary tea, coffee sachets, sugar, water) and shower gel, shower caps to start you off. We have hotel quality bed linens.
- We have online food recommendations of restaurants that can deliver food to your doorstep
- Laudry services for personal belongings offered at good rates (handwashed).
- Nearby laundromat with washing machines can pick your clothes at the doorstep upon request, wash, iron and return your clothes within the same day.
• Two sets of bed linens (4 bed sheets and pillow covers) and two sets of towels (6 towels) provided upon at check-in.
