Mombasa Hotel with Pool

"I stayed there recently for 4 night and it was my second time there. We had a half board (breaktfast and dinner). The buffets were good but not great however the a la carte choices for lunch were great ( and I would highly recommend the Cobb Salad or the BLT!). The room was fine however the warm in the shower was warm but never close to hot. The staff were very good. "

"I had a wonderful stay at Southern Palms Beach Resort. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, welcoming, and very well organized. The resort is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located on the stunning Diani Beach. My Oceanfront Deluxe room was amazing—spacious, comfortable, spotless, and with incredible views of the ocean. It was the perfect place to relax and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the resort and the beautiful beachfront. A special thank you goes to Regina, my Guest Experience Assistant, who truly made my stay unforgettable. She assisted with my check-in and went above and beyond to arrange several incredible experiences for me. Regina organized an amazing private dinner on the beach, which was beautifully set up and absolutely magical. She also helped arrange a fantastic beach cabana experience and a jet ski activity, which were highlights of my visit. The entire staff at the resort was friendly, professional, and welcoming, and you can tell the team takes great pride in providing a great guest experience. Zakia, who is AMAZING, was my attendant for my cabana. I had an equally great attendant for my Dinner on the Beach. I highly recommend Southern Palms Resort to anyone visiting Diani Beach. It’s a beautiful property with excellent service and unforgettable Indian ocean views. "

"Really a place worth visiting. Nice hotel and the staff are polite, smiling, funny and always ready for a talk. Hotel, pool and beach are first class and we will for sure book it again if we come back to Mombasa."

"The room was a suite, beautiful once. But withno maintenance it had deteriorated to an absurd amount, bathhroom cabinet doors almost falling off in your hands, dirty paint, tv has 4 channels 3 are football, hdmi ports removed, even the room number had missing numbers The pool is the best feature if you ignore the many missing tiles. Ordering food is easy mostly, thecwaut is ridiculous but when it comes it is delicious and fresh. Breakfast is just ok. Staff are friendly enough. But everything is worn. The bed was great comfortable. Had to plead to get a second swipe to keep the ac running when i went out ofvtge room. Cleaners turned up when they want. Even wake you to clean the room in the morning. It is way overpriced. Stay once only, not again"

"staff were all very nice/helpfull. food was good, i never struggled to find something tasty, even though i'm such a fussy eater. rooms were spotless. staff were constantly cleaning/sweeping all areas. would def return."

"This hotel used fo be legendary. It is going through mayor renovations. We were given an unacceptable room at first and we were trying to leave but the manager made sure we were transferred to a much better one. We had a great time with the nicest staff, a great gym and classes every day."
