The best view

The property is well kept and an amazing spot to enjoy the full mentor. The one thing is be prepared to buy your own toilet paper, trash bags, oil etc.

Freshly decorated and better than the pictures. Lovely grand building with elevator, a block from the beach. Nice furnishings and very clean.. Could use more towels and pillows. Beach chairs and beach towels would be an asset.

Die Wohnung an sich ist schön, in sehr guten Lage, nah am Strand und an der Stadtmitte. Schönes Haus. Check in an sich hat gefehlt, wir müssten eine Stunde mit der Agentur telefonieren bis wir endlich in der Wohnung waren. Nach dem wir keine Anweisung zum Check in bekommen hatten, haben wir den Gastgeber angeschrieben, leider hat er uns die Anweisung nicht gegeben. Kontaktdaten haben wir erst von der Fe-Wo nach dem Anruf bekommen, half nicht, wir mussten trotzdem eine Stunde vor der Tür warten. Sehr ärgerlich.Die Wohnung ist perfekt für zwei Personen, wir haben diese auf Anfrage für 5 Personen empfohlen bekommen. Für 4-5 Personen ist die etwas zu eng. Es wurden keine Pflegemittel bereitgestellt, auch in der Küche nicht. Geschirr war deshalb schlecht gewaschen, wahrscheinlich haben die Vorgänger das einfach mit dem Wasser abgespült.

Menton, eine traumhaft schöne Stadt

Optimale Lage im Zentrum. Paar Meter bis zur Strandpromenade, wo es viele nette Restaurants gibt. Appartement hat alles was man braucht. Einfache An- und Abreise, sehr netter Vermieter.

Great Stay

We loved the apartment overall. The hosting/welcoming part of the experience was a little weak. Fortunately we had rented another property in the same building several years ago so we kind of knew the procedures of getting in and out and where to find free parking. The devil is always in the details so there are a few things that need looking after. There is a kitchen cabinet door that is held on by only one hinge. There isn’t much artificial lighting in the apartment but 4 of the main light bulbs in the kitchen and the living area were burned out. I realize that our rental was at the end of the peak season, but it would have been nice on arrival to have at least a few rolls of toilet paper and paper towels and hand soap to start off the stay. A future renter should know that the grand lit is not queen size. It’s somewhere between twin and queen - a little cramped for two people and very low to the floor. All apartments have their little quirks, but overall, the apartment was very nice and you cannot beat the location and the majestic historic building that houses it.

Sehr gemütliche und strandnahe Unterkunft!

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Sie ist sauber, ordentlich und auch die Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was zum kochen gebraucht wird. Für Kleinkinder ist ein Reisebett vorhanden. Es gibt eine Strandliege, einen Sonnenschirm und auch einen Volleyball. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und man kann sich mit ihm auf englisch oder französisch unterhalten.

Cedric Massé ist ein sehr zuverlässiger, angenehmer Gastgeber. Die Wohnung schön, angenehm ausgestattet. Vor allem der Standort: 50 Schritte zur Strandpromenade, 15 Minuten zum schönen Altstadtzentrum mit der historischen Markthalle, in allernächster Nähe alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, was für uns als Selbstversorger und Hobbykoch ganz wichtig war. Alles in allem ein Platz zum Wiederkommen.
