The apartment consists of a total living area of approximately 65 m2. It is located in the city center, close to all shops and 120 meters from the sea and 60 meters from the Corso des Fruits d'Or (Fête des Citrons).
The accommodation consists of 3 main rooms (living / dining room and 2 bedrooms), 2 service rooms (entrance and kitchen) and 2 sanitary rooms (a bathroom and a shower room with WC each), namely :
A living room with a table with 4 chairs, a sideboard with TV and a sofa bed.
A fitted kitchen including a table with 4 chairs, a wall cabinet, cupboards, as well as a worktop and all the appliances, including washing machine and dishwasher.
Two bedrooms, one with television and each comprising a 140 bed and a wardrobe.
A bathroom and a shower room with WC each
The accommodation provided is thus furnished and equipped to provide accommodation for up to 6 people.

Well located in heart on Menton, one block from Med, 2 blocks from good restaurants and across the street from a convenient grocery. Spacious with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, full kitchen and living room. Upon arrival, apartment was clean but had odor of cats. Proprietor and family were very nice.

This apartment was lovely. Everything was fresh and clean. The owner was friendly and answered all our questions. There is a grocery store across the street, and it is a short walk to the pedestrian section. The beach is very close by as well. A gem. The air conditioner is in the living room only, so opening the windows for sleeping was a must. There was always a breeze, just beautiful.

The property is clean and spacious close to the train station and beach Which is good for sightseeing as Menton is a quiet town.beach side restaurants served seafood platters however to Saviour the foods of France Niceville has some old world restaurants that serve gastronomic delights such as Provençal and Mediterranean cuisine
