Beautiful apartment w/wonderful views

Apartment was well designed! Two items that are always important to us - mattress & shower. Both were exceptional. Kitchen was well appointed. Large screen tv had many options. The patio was delightful - comfortable table for 4 as well as 2 lounge chairs.

Sehr schöne Wohnung!

Wie in der Beschreibung dargestellt, war es eine sehr komfortable Wohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, ruhig, mit wunderbarem Blick auf Menton. Die Abwicklung mit der Vermieterin war problemlos. Man muss die Garage alledings extra dazubuchen, was zunächst für uns nicht erkennbar war. Es gibt zwar Parkplätze an der Straße, allerdings "Zone bleue", also zeitlich nur begrenztes Parken. Die wunderschöne Altstadt von Menton mit der tollen Markthalle und vielen Geschäften und Restaurants war für uns Fuß gut zu erreichen, es gibt eine gute Einkaufsmöglichkeit "Super U" aber auch in der Nähe. Gut fanden wir die Nähe zum Bahnhof Menton-Garavan. Wir haben von dort einige Ausflüge unternommen, z.B. nach Nizza. Insgesamt haben wir in der Wohnung einen sehr schönen Urlaub verbracht.

Peace of mind in Menton

Der perfekte Urlaub in einer wunderschönen, sauberen Wohnung. Das Inserat stimmt genau, die Terrasse ist mit dem Blick ein Traum. Super bequeme Liegestühle, sehr bequemes Bett! Alles top gepflegt und neu. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Bitte unbedingt die Garage mit mieten, da die Parksituation im Sommer schwieriger wird. An Ostern aber kein Problem! Wir kommen gerne wieder !

Alles was man auf den Fotos sieht, ist wie beschrieben

Anlage ist um die 40 Jahre alt, aber äusserlich sehr gepflegt. Haustechnik ist deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Nicht erwähnt wird sehr lauter Ventilator für das gesamte Haus vor dem Schlafzimmerfenst der 24/7 läuft. Man möchte nicht mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Wie Verkehrslärm. Klimaanlage war defekt, nässte in die Decke und in der zweiten Nacht kam Panel aus Rigips von der Decke. Problem war bekannt, Leck war unfachmännisch mit T Shirt abgedichtet. Anlage wurde während gesamter Zeit nicht repariert. Es war noch sehr heiss und ohne Klimaanlage in der Nacht stickig. Wegen rostiger Tropfen stellten wir Eimer darunter, putzten nach grosser Säuberung am ersten Tag immer wieder auf, damit Rost nicht in Marmorboden eindrang. Hätten Preisnachlass von 50 Euro pro Nacht als angemessen empfunden, bekamen aber nur 150 € zurück (von 1550 insgesamt inkl. Vermittlung und Tiefgarage). Dafür bemängelte Madame im Nachgang in wenig charmanter Weise Flecken in der Bettwäsche. Ach ja, zwei mal fiel der Lift aus, wurde aber repariert. 5 Minuten zum Strand stimmt auch nicht, es sind 160 Stufen zu Strand, Restaurants und Geschäften ( 20 Minuten bis 1/2 Stunde). Abwärts ist man zwar schneller als aufwärts, aber es nervt.

Traum-Wohnung mit Traum-Blick

Tolle, helle Wohnung mit traumhaftem Blick und großem Balkon, der es an nichts mangelt. Küche ist super modern ausgestattet und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Alles war super sauber. Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich und helfen gerne weiter. Auch der Strand und die Altstadt sind fussläufig zu erreichen, wenn man die Schleichwege kennt :) Lediglich die Parksituation ist nicht ganz optimal. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Accueil remarquable dans un appartement fantastique

Nous avons eu un gros coup de cœur pour ce bel appartement, très bien équipé et décoré, bien placé (en descendant un petit sentier nous sommes déjà en bord de mer, il ne reste qu’a longer la promenade pour arriver en centre ville en une quinzaine de minutes), la vue imprenable sur Menton et la mer que ce soit dès le matin ou le soir sur la terrasse, la piscine très agrable pour se prélasser au soleil. Rien à redire, juste parfait! Martine a était très agréable et disponible pour que notre séjour se passe au mieux. Ainsi que son amie sur place, Brigitte. Nous saurons où aller si nous retournons à Menton. Je recommande!
