I stayed at the property in October for 7 days and it was absolutely great. The check in process was very easy and efficient. The host was very responsive. The Location is very close to Monaco. Additionally, I needed to do a couple of teleconference and the Internet speed and the working station made it very easy for me to do so. I’m already thinking to stay there the next time.

I would not come here, the property upon arrival had an absolute awful mildew smell in the shower, had had hairs on the bedsheet, half empty bottles left behind. It was just felt so unsanitary to stay here, the host did not apologize however he did send a cleaning crew the next day which I appreciated they then explained that the smell was because of bad weather they had and they couldn’t do much so I appreciated the explanation and the apology from the cleaning crew. He did did not provide any compensation or anything . I would say to just splurge a bit more to get a peace of mind that you are sleeping in a clean room. The room itself was amazing very modern and the balcony had a great view.

The accommodation was impeccably clean, everything worked perfectly, it was modern, and you could see the care they put into every detail to make guests feel comfortable. The staff was very friendly and always attentive to my needs. I especially appreciated the security at the entrance, which gave me a great sense of peace of mind and confidence throughout my stay. The place is very pleasant, comfortable, and very well maintained. Without a doubt, it's an accommodation I wholeheartedly recommend. I left very happy with the experience and would stay here again without hesitation.

Veldig fornøyd med beliggenhet, tar sirka 20min å gå ned til sentrum. Mye fint å se på, stille område og hyggelige naboer. Anbefaler å laste ned uber appen, enkelt og komme seg til sentrum eller andre plasser. Last også ned monapass (busser i Monaco) og Monaco taxi for å komme deg tilbake til hotellet (uber finnes ikke nede i Monaco). Enkelt å kommunisere med hotellet og god beskrivelse på hvordan man henter ut nøkkel osv. 10 av 10 anbefales virkelig.

A/C didn’t work and my stay was during the heat wave, which made sleeping extremely uncomfortable. cooktop had issues being used, bathroom was dirty and the cup had mold. There was no hand soap so we had to use the 50ml bottle of shower soap, which ran out after only 1 night. The comforter had blood stains, alongside the headboard having a weird mysterious black stain. The manager of the apartment was kind and responsive, but it didn’t fix the fact that all of these issues were present throughout the stay.
