「Calixa is in an excellent location, and Giacomo was so helpful to deal with. I loved the neighborhood, which was convenient in so many ways. If I were to change anything about this experience, it would have not been the rental itself—which was great—but rather the difficulty of dealing with Orbitz/Expedia with a minor issue that they could easily have solved with a little good will. Unfortunately, they did little to help.」

「Door entrance a little difficult to find though it’s obvious once you know. Sign small lost among others and you have to press a call button within a group of others which is not made clear you before you arrivee. That said it’s ideal for a solo traveller and very close to the rail station and town old centre. Air conditioning is excellent. It is a small room but all you need for one night. Staff really nice and helpful. 」

「The location was excellent--one block walk to the beach. In addition to the beach, the entire strip up and down the beach has plenty of restaurants to choose from. The room itself was clean, well kept, and had fully reliable, fast-acting air conditioning, which was much appreciated given the summer heat. Luigi is incredibly friendly and helpful. 「Beautifull, clean room. Close to a very nice beach. Its not in the centre of Cagliari but there are easy and quick busstops nearby. My advice: download the bus app. Its easy to see which bus you need and to buy tickets online. The hostess is very friendly and will help and advice you in everything. Highly recommend this place when you want to be close to the beach but not completly in the centre.」

「Fantastic accommodation! Carla the hostess had thought about everything, down to the very detail with a charging station with cable for different kinds of devices beside the bed to giving us recommendations for restaurants and things to do during our stay. She was very accommodating and stayed in touch with us throughout the visit. The room it self had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. It is a walking distance to the old town and shopping. We enjoyed our stay very much!」
