New semi-detached house "Bel Air" in Gager / Peninsula Mönchgut
Rügen, to Hoeft 44b for up to 8 people u. infant
Visually beautiful verklinkertes Cottage with lattice windows and
glazed double covered tile roofing.
Through generous sprouts - window can be the view of
Three of the four bedrooms on the district, which is about 300m away
Coast (Gagersche Wiek) and partly to the marina of Gager
enjoy.
The house has 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a sauna.
On the upper floor partly with electric shutters, partly with Velux blackout blinds.
The bathrooms, on the ground floor and first floor floor heating, all with exterior windows,
are covered with granite and feature granite recessed sink,
Granite - covers, large mirrors, nice sanitary facilities,
heated towel rails, hair dryer and vanity mirror.
Partial massage - shower mixer.
2 bathrooms have large glass walk-in showers, partly
with seating, bidet, 1x bathroom with tub / shower.
