「The door lock was broken, I could not lock it from the outside. I told the hotel, but they just said they could give me another room as soon as available "tomorrow" - of no use to me, as "tomorrow" I was leaving! Due to this issue, I could not enjoy any of the hotel facilities as the only way to have the room locked was to be locked in... as from the outside, it did not lock. 「The room was extremely clean and well maintained. Loved that each room has its own garage to pull into. Between the amazing bed and jacuzzi tub, this was one of the most relaxing rooms we have stayed in. There is also a large walk in shower in the room. The staff is super helpful and friendly. 「Was terrible place to stay」

「The room was okay but could have been cleaner and some things need updated. The hotel itself was nice. Breakfast was great. We always try to stay at a Staybridge Suites because the rooms are big. We had one issue when someone else had a key to our room and didnt knock they just tried to enter but luckily we had the security lock on and when the door hit that they left fast before we could see who was there.
