Hotel was nice amd clean. Family friendly, kids and husband loves the slide in pool area. We (4) were there for 2 nights 3days and only had 4 wash clothes the first day. Other than tbat it was a good experience.

Hotel is beautiful; rooms are great. A few "negative" points: a) couldn't reach, on the phone, the front desk on three separate occasions to request more drinking glasses be brought up. b) only 2 drinking glasses in room; c) after my wife ordered room service and "closed" the invoice thru the restaurant's app (including taxes and tip), the waiter who delivered the food showed me a "paper" bill with "tips suggested " on it. By then, my wife was unavailable so I paid the bill with my credit card and added a tip. Grant you, I should have asked but common decency would dictate you inform the client that the bill has been paid in full.
