The property was very shabby, the walls were paper thin and I could hear people talking all night long and walking up and down the corridor, the curtains simply would not close as the rod was broken and I had to clip them together, the fridge made annoying noise all night long, the room seemed very unclean, the bed covers were super thin and I froze and it was March. Breakfast was adequate. The staff was just amazing. I would not stay there again.

The room was clean and quiet. They were replacing box springs so the entire second floor had them out in the hallway. It did not effect my stay, however.

The room was mostly fine for the price. Low rating because there was blood smeared on the outside of the toilet, a pizza crust behind the headboard, and peanuts and other debris between the mattress and box spring. I felt a little gross, but not unsafe.

Dear Dave I apologize for the inconvenience due to the situation. We take such complaint very seriously.We have called our exterminator to inspect the room before we put it back in the system. Keeping this fact in mind we have a system of checking all rooms on a continuous basis by our trained staff. And second personally i checked the some of coffee creamer was not good but that was due to a guest exchanged their own with new one without our notice. We trashed out immediately. Thanks to draw our attention. Our guest's support is really appreciated to help and make their stay awesome.

Little comfort here. Nothing super.
Photo shows love seat. That is why i wanted this hotel. Instead. 2 wooden chairs. No padding. Shower was never hot. Shower heard drizzled on me. Never here again.

Forget this place
The room smelled like cigarettes upon arrival. The walls were dirty. Ceiling paint was peeling. The microwave had someone’s old drink in it. Lots of weird hairs on the bed sheets and cigarette burns in the comforter. Some chick was smoking a pipe (assuming crack) outside the front door. We didn’t even stay. Didn’t feel safe and was definitely did not seem recently updated.

The rooms stunk. Gave my 2nd room away claiming hotels.com told them I was checking out. Would not provide clean sheets that were filthy. Very less than helpful and would not provide refund or partial refund for giving room away.

Check in was difficult w the glass barrier still in place and broken English desk personnel. The rooms were not cleaned, just a change of sheets (I hope) and towels. The place has been run into the ground. Not maintained, I.e. filthy stained carpets not even swept, bathroom fixtures not working properly and curtain rods falling down. Shower and sink both had hair in them. Dresser and tables had sticky drink residue on them. I’ve been staying there for years prior to Covid, and was satisfied then, but it’s a crap hole now. I will not stay there again.

Very dirty room. Bulb burnt out in lamp next to bed. Window lock was broken and there was a stick for security. I was on the first floor. Bathroom walls were dirty there were rust stains all over the tub walls. They're pubic hairs in the bed. There was a small coffee maker in the room with coffee but no cups to put the coffee in. There was a bad order in the hallways. In the morning I went to have the continental breakfast and the coffee maker was broken and it was the only coffee maker for the entire facility. It looks like it had been broken for years. This entire facility is in need of an extreme remodel and it is currently not safe whatsoever. I highly suggest you pick another place to stay at. This is one of the worst I have ever been to in My Life.

The person at the front only spoke to me once when he adked for my ID. We walked into our room and the carpet didn't look like it had been vacuumed in awhile. The bathroom was the most disgusting room I've seen in a long time. I washed my hair in the sink. There was no way I'd step foot in that shower.
